So while walking through the hallways at school I notice that it has become quite congested by people who are just sitting there talking.

There is enough space in the middle for two people so when I notice some guy coming from the other direction I turn my shoulders in to make room for him to get by.

Well he didn't even bother trying to fit and basically shoulder buffed me in the ribs and didn't even slow down or turn back.

So to all of you on here, have you ever been in any sort of noticeably rude encounters? (in a game or RL I'm not picky)

Playing with someone that's new to multiplayer RPG's (like Diablo) when they steal everything that lies around so you have to explain it to them afterwards, but when it starts yur like, "son of a *****!"

But yeah, hate it when people do to me what that guy did to you OP, so I buffed up, now I can be that guy or I can turn my shoulder, if I do, the other tends to aswell...muwahahahahaha.

I've had that exact same thing before. Luckily the people sitting either side are usually my friends and they tripped up a guy who did that to me.

I can't say I've had many experiences with rude people. I've ran into a lot of the "everything is gay but me" people and that everything is "gay" as it is not seen as the norm. They piss me off so much.

I'm a technician. "Noticeably rude encounters" is common.

Pretty rude to block off the hall like that. I'm not saying you, the other person passing through deserved anything, but it does strike me as largely dickish to do that. also:

Pretty much. I've been on the service and support ends of things, and I get crap from people over both.

Sorry to hear that, any particularly bad cases come to mind?

ya that happened alot at my high-school.One day during lunch one hallway me and my friernd were trying to pass through was filled up with a group of obviously freshmen sophomores just standing around in a circle talking i asked them to move and none of them said anything and just went on talking,The next time i stated move. One looked at me and my friend laughed and turned back to talking so next thing you know i throw this kid against the wall and they scatter like rats.

By blood just boiled as I recall my own encounter with an ahole. I was walking down the hall, it was congested as everyone was heading to class. I see a girl walking straight at me with about 3 of her friends, taking up the entire f*cking hallway. I move as close as I can to the wall being as curteous as I can to her rude little ass.
She has the nerve to say to me "Excuse you." in a very arrogant manner. Steam almost shot from my ears, but I resisted the urge to call her a "stupid a$$ little cu^t with zero manners and an ugly a$$ eyebrow piercing", and went to my class.
I was having a very bad day and that didn't help.

That happens all the time at my school, people wait outside the rooms and form a cluster of blockage... So annoying... Considering I walk at the speed of a jet engine...

But yays, I graduated last year and now go to a sparsely populated college!

I would have barged right through them.

But then again, I knew both deans of my high school and they liked me because I never got in trouble... Tthat doesn't mean I never did anything, I just never got caught ;-)

It used to happen to me a LOT when i was in high school but now i'm in college the only dickish people i ever encounter are the ones who don't hold the door for you or walk so fucking slowly up the stairs which i have to climb every day all the way to the 4th floor and find it less tiring to climb them two at a time or the ones you don't say thank you when you hold the door for them...

Yeah...it doesn't really boil me blood...

What DOES boil my blood is hearing stuff that happend to my friend between him and some chav who he has done NOTHING to but yet the chav will try to kill him every time he see's him and he's with a group of his friends...

Like zfactor, I walk "fast". Really I just walk with purpose as everybody else just strolls down the hallway not paying attention to anything.

Just recently after class, I'm trying to get out of the building but get stuck behind two really small girls. Our hallways are pretty narrow and I decided to not try and get around them. We eventually go through a pair of doors to a foyer that leads outside, and as soon as we almost clear the doors both of them just stop and double back. I almost ran into both of them and they got all pissy with me because they didn't even know I was behind them.

I'm in college and most of these people looked to be in their mid 20's which is what struck me as odd in the situation.

That happened to me too, in high school there was some doof that thought he was proving his manlieness by being a massive turd to me, however I let him know that he wasn't even close to the most annoying thing I had to deal with at the time and brushed him off.

Now as it turns out I'm one of the few people who tolerates him enough to actually have a conversation with him, weird how these things work out.

Went into Gamestop and I had went to pick up God of War 3. The guy working the register tells me that they're all out.

"Really," I said to him.
"No, I'm just messin' with you, he says. I've just been saying that to everybody. Getting people agitated for fun."

I left thinking, "what a dick." >.>

When a group of friends decides they want to walk down a hallway really, really slowly, allowing no one to pass.

I'm a dude that has really long hair and that just fascinated some of the kids at my old high school, well the girls at least. Girls would grab it or tug on it while saying "omigosh you have such pretty hair" or something to that extent -_- I always thought it was rude of them to just interrupt whatever I was doing to tug on my hair and annoy me when they don't even know me.

Everyday that I was in China I had to deal with stuff like this. It's rude to us, but it's the norm to them. Common courtesy would be to let the people in the elevator get out first, not in China.

My Sim had to pee, but the bathroom door was blocked by two other Sims having an interesting conversation about their favorite colors.
