I had $100 to blow, so I got quite a few games. And with so many games, that means I'm not going back to look at the prices I purchased them for. All I know is that the combined total of all of these things equals $99.56.

The Binding of Isaac: Wrath of the Lamb DLC
Fallout: New Vegas - Old World Blues DLC
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
Don't Starve
Hotline Miami
Mount & Blade: Warband
Dino D-Day
Legend of Grimrock
Star Stars: Knights of The Old Republic II
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition
Company of Heroes
Cossacks: Back to War
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II
FTL: Faster Than Life
SimCity 4 Deluxe
Theif Gold

That makes 14 new games and 2 new DLC packs to try out.

Awesome.

Walking Dead
Bastion
Spec Ops: The Line
Psychonauts
Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams
Castle Crashers (and Pink Knight DLC)
Counter Strike: GO

And I received Chivalry and Terraria as gifts. I only spent around $30 dollars, which is a great deal, especially when you consider that two games I bought (Walking Dead and Spec Ops) are many people's game of the year.

In order of (generally) what I've been enjoying the most:

FarCry3
Binary Domian
Driver San Fran
Awesomenauts
Hotline Miami
Airmech
GR: Future Soldier

Also got but have yet to play Tropic 4 and the Borderlands 2 Season Pass. I think I also got that pre-order soldier design thing for X-Com.

Civilization V (because my friend wouldn't stop bugging me about it)
Fable: The Lost Chapters
FTL
Stalker: CoP + SoC
Counter Strike GO
Dear Esther
Fear: Ultimate Shooter Edition
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
Darksiders: Franchise Pack

Altogether, a little over 50$. That Civ V broke my 50 dollar limit but I'd say I was very satisfied with the deals I grabbed.

The settlers 7: paths to a kingdom
19.49

From Dust
3.74

XCOM and Assassins Creed 3 Delux edition
$103.81

All but XCOM (and i didnt know it till i installed them and played them) were ubisoft titles and all play through Uplay which i dont like at all. I had to get it to install From Dust my first game. Its not a hassle per say, you go to steam select From dust or AC3 or Settlers and it auto loads up in seconds Uplay and bam u can start playing. I bought them through steam but i still need to run uplay.........geez.....guess i just like to complain is all.

Im kicking myself a little for missing out on the Tropico 4 sale with all its DLC's for one buck each and the game for 5 bucks. Im still on the fence on whether or not it was a good decision (im leaning to yes it was a good one) to not snatch up the sims 3 with all expansion packs for roughly $150 USD when normally the whole package is around $240+ USD. Oh and mabey fable 3. I know people say its bad but they said settlers paths to a kingdom was bad and im having a blast with it.

I do regret AC3 a bit. All this hand holding forcing me thier story..........AC1 was repetative tasks all leading to a "boss" target to kill and i had fun. AC2 was about the same only less repetative, an interesting story tied to missions on which i found my own way (show up, get a briefing, go to your objective). I didnt play the other ac's since it was more ezio and i was done with him. But AC3 constantly has me following people while they lay some exposition on me. Or it has me blazing a trial for whoever is SLOWLY following me while laying exposition.....soooooo bored........

Tropico 4: Pirate Heaven DLC

The Witcher 2
7.49 USD

And was there anything you wanted but never went on sale of never went down in price enough?

The only thing That never want cheap enough was IL-2 Sturmovik cliffs of dover

And finally what sales regrets do you have as far as missing a sale?

Mine was not getting assault on dark athena for 10 bucks

Overall it was decent sale but not as cool as last year not as many things dropped into the 75% range like last year and it seemed like there weren't many games that really jumped out at me for the most part
I only buy a whole lot during Summer Sales, or so it seems. Christmas just came and went (and with it a new console, 2 games for console, 3 3DS games, and Far Cry 3). Far Cry 3 has taken MOST of my time (seriously, that game is HUGE. Trying to 100% it. By the way, how do you open those stone walls blocking some of the relics?), however I have bought "To The Moon" (just started entering the old man's memory, pretty good writing so far and beautiful music) and Skyrim + DLC. I have it on 360, but now I have a nice Comp so I want to try it with Mods. So far I am enjoying it a bit, but I won't delve too deeply in it until I complete Far Cry 3.

TLDR:
Skyrim + DLC - $42
To The Moon - $4/3 Can't remember.
Use c4 to break the cracked walls.

Unrelated: I wish more older games would have went on sale, like Rune, or Sacred. Heck, they JUST added Sacred 2, and I would have jumped on it if it went on sale for $5 or so.

Lets see I bought The Dawn of War franchise pack, Recettear an Item Shop's Tale, Analogue a Hate Story, Defcon, Zeno Clash, Mass effect 1 and 2, Natural Selection 2, Darwinia, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Beat Hazard and Lone Survivor. A good haul I think.

One word of warning and this is the voice of experience talking make sure to check the forum of any older games just make sure the game works in the newer versions of windows since steam doesn't optimize most older games.

I grabbed the THQ bundle:
Company of Heroes ($9.99)
Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts($19.99)
Darksiders ($19.99)
Darksiders 2 ($49.99)
Homefront ($19.99)
Metro 2033 ($19.99)
MX vx ATV Reflex ($19.99)
Nexuiz ($9.99)
Red Faction ($9.99)
Red Faction 2 ($9.99)
Red Faction: Armgeddon ($19.99)
Saints Row 2 ($14.99)
Saints Roe: The Third ($24.99)
Supreme Commander ($14.99)
Supreme Commander: Fordge Alliance ($14.99)
Titan Quest ($14.99)
Titan Quest: Immortal Throne ($14.99)
Dawn of War 2 ($19.99)
Dawn of War 2: Retribution ($29.99)
Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising ($19.99)
Warhammer 40k Space Marine ($29.99)

I just couldn't pass getting $200 (current cost is $369.80) worth of games for $25. Not when I've only play 1-2 on them (Red Faction and I own all the first Dawn of Wars). And hell, even if I only like a quarter of the games, I was still only paying $1.20 per game.

Also a friend sent me Dues Ex: Human Revolution. :)

I think I only got To The Moon and FTL.
I don't have a very powerful computer so that limits my options.

I'm actually having that issue with TRON: Evolution. No matter what, it just won't boot up, but the game's not that old, it installs fine, and this laptop is just on Windows 7...
