Well this sucks.

So for the past few days I have been playing Brink a good bit to level up my characters so I will be ready when PSN comes back online. I had 1 level 20 and 2 other character who were level 12 and when I go to play Brink I find my data was corrupted and I lost all my shit.

Can anyone blame me for just saying fuck it and doing something else?

No, that's the correct response. Any time I have a save corruption or accidental overwrite or something I ALWAYS switch games and cool off for a while.

I totally know how you feel, in fact, one time all data on my PS3 was deleted, this included a beaten game of Demon's Souls, my (just beaten) RDR game file, and 2 (beaten) accounts on Infamous. Among other things.

Dude that sucks, especially since the fucking bots on the other team are way over skilled and your team's bots seem to be mentally unstable and the second they spawn they charge towards the nearest enemy or objective so its hard to do team work. so I don't blame you in the least if you want to do something else because that's what I would do.

The exact same thing happened to me, except it was corruptedd and I had to restore it. I lost my Fallout 3 saves which had literaly hundreds of hours in, along with all of my other saves for all of my other games. It might've been RDR that did it, because it made my PS3 freeze whenever I tried to play it. I decided to be a genius and keep trying, and eventually it got corrupted. It worked fine after I restored the PS3 though.
