When I see someone that looks like they are about to ask me for money, I quickly ask them if I can borrow a dollar from THEM before they have a chance to say anything.

Sometimes I might throw in a story about how my brother just got out of jail and I need to pick him up but I don't have any gas in my car.

When they say they don't have any money, I always make sure to say "Oh it's cool man. God bless you."
