Before every meal, if I get the chance (ie, I'm not at work or anything), I do pushups.
After every meal, I start my stopwatch timer.
After about 2 hours, I either go for a walk, go running, or do strength training. If I have martial arts classes scheduled, I go there to train.
Afterwards, I eat. Then I start the stopwatch timer and the cycle begins anew.
I eat sandwiches with chicken, spinach, and peanut butter. Sometimes I substitute peanut butter with tomato beans and cheese.
