I bought TRON LEGACY, Resident Evil 5, and Medal of Honor. I have nearly finished TRON and Medal of Honor is not nearly as good as I would have hoped so Im going to trade them in for 2 games of equal value. I already have Black Ops, Brotherhood, Ratchet and clank a crack in time, Fallout 3,LPB, and New Vegas so don't mention those. In terms of what type of game I am pretty open. Anything besides strategy or childrens games obviously or anything from Rockstar. I have a Ps3.

What systems do you own?

Edit: also, what genres are you ok with?

Fallout: New Vegas. GET IT! Otherwise, follow your heart. Unless it tells you not to get New Vegas.

The Uncharted's if you haven't already got them. Also Red Dead Redemption and inFamous. This threads pretty hard to help with when we have no idea what games you own.

Hmm.... Well, given your thoughts upon it, I assume by "equal value" you mean "of equal monetary value" and NOT "just like MoH".

I guess my next question would be this: what systems do you have? It's kinda hard to judge what to demand you to get something when one doesn't know what you play on >.< That and I haven't really kept up all that well with the unwieldy game market as of late. But for the sake of needing at least one game on the list, I can give a cross-platform recommendation, and that would be Red Dead Redemption. Got that game just before Christmas with my bulging paycheck, and most every moment has been a blast; beautiful scenery and characters, great voice acting, good game mechanics, tons of stuff to do... If you played GUN (by Neversoft) in the past, it's basically like that game with a larger world, more to do, and more polish overall in general.

The only real downside (besides the fact that they could've called it Grand Theft Western and gotten away with it) is that the combat is rather easy, what with the quick-flick aiming and all. Even then there's a bit of challenge, as you can move the crosshairs (represented by a nigh-invisible DOT in the center of the screen... god that's annoying >.<), but once you discover Dead Eye, the game just becomes almost obscenely easy. Doesn't detract from the fun a whole lot (at least in my opinion), but it is something to consider if gameplay is your thing. Still, this is a Rockstar game, and it plays and feels like one to the very core.

Not sure about the expansion Undead Nightmare, but meh... my zombie love generally only goes as far as the headcrab monsters from Half-Life 2 - and no I haven't played either of the L4D games, and don't really plan on doing so for personal reasons :\

Uncharted 2- great singleplayer really well desinged and paced always makes you want to keep playing and plus it has solid multiplayer

Demon souls- its a ball hard zelda type sword combat with a cool multiplayer twist. Plus its a Japanese role playing game without spikey hair and gender ambiguous characters and its not completely off putting to a western audience YAY !

I always hated Rockstar and that's what kept me from getting Red Dead Redemption. Finally, I cracked and snatched it up when I got a gift card. Best purchase I've made in a long time. It's my favorite game this year and might be of all time. It really is amazing and I really suggest giving it a go. Remember, this is coming from someone who is anti-Rockstar.

Okay, I'll take that into consideration. This would make sense because my friends who like rockstar hate Red Dead Redemption

Demon's Souls. It's arguably the best Action RPG of this generation, and the atmosphere in the game is incredible.

Second game? Er, check out Killzone 2, MAG, NieR, 3D Dot Game Heroes, inFamous, or Uncharted 1/2 I guess.
