I know Tales of Symphonia is the number one. After that though, it could be any of the following:

Super Smash Bros. Melee
Honestly, I have no idea where which game stands.

Probably these three, though I don't know in which order:
- Counterstrike: Source/Unreal Tournament 99, not sure which one as I didn't count my hours when I played those games.
- World of Warcraft with about 900-1000 hours, though I'm not playing any more. Good times were had though.
- Rollercoaster Tycoon/Simcity 3000
Though there's also the possibility of Super Smash Bros. Melee belonging in there, or Team Fortress 2. I really have no idea.

Pokemon Gold back in the day. I think I had 350 hours logged, and 241 Pokemanz caught. Including a legitimate Celebi and Mew. Then the battery in my cartridge died, and my save with it. Aww.

Pokemon Emerald at over 200 hours, Fallout 3 at over 90 hours, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker at over 70 hours (multiple playthroughs, almost all items collected)
It feels weird writing this because I don't think I'll ever get close to those numbers again with most games, just due to the fact that I play most games in demo form and then never pick them up again.

I probably would still be playing both l4d2 and bf2142 if it wasn't for losing my man cave/computer room to my newborn son.
In l4d2 I have logged 546.7 hours, and probably close to that in bf2142, and about 300 hours in l4d1.
After that I have spent 233 hours in the mmo Rift, and 215 hours across 2 playthroughs of Dragon Age Origins.
I have probably spent about 150 hours total in the mass effect series, so about 50 hours per game, only 1 play through per game.
