You ever been playing a game where, like for example an NPC says somthing then a situation occurs because of it seemingly conicidently?

For example:

I was playing Fallout 3, and had recruited Butch as a follower. We're walking through the wasteland and he says "I heard there were dragons out here. You ever see one?" and about 1 or 2 seconds after he says that, we get attacked by a Deathclaw.

Anyone else experiance anything like that?

I once had a marine in Halo say "This is Sparta" right before I fired the Spartan Laser. That's the only example I can think of.

I think you mean "Coincidence." Hate to be a grammar police about it, but I thought I just say.

As for a moment, I can think of one.

Halo 1: Cortana says "This cave is not a natural formation. Someone built it, which means it must lead somewhere." No, really, You think? -sarcasm- I don't think a giant Halo world is something that "naturally" happens.

Gorion: "If we ever become separated, it is imperative that you make your way to the friendly arm inn!"

One cutscene later...Gorion dies.
Hmm! I wonder where I should go?

I got knocked down in L4D while playing as Francis. As I'm getting up, he says "Phew, good thing I'm indestructible". However, a tank comes over and punches me as I say this and I die. So Francis started saying it while he was dead.

Wasn't exactly In-game, but after I activated project purity in Fallout 3, I started finding lots of American nickles everywhere, in my house and outside. And I'm Canadian.
