What age did you hit puberty?

I first noticed it at around age twelve. It happened very quickly too. In a little over a year I grew a large amount of body hair, got a foot and a half taller, and had my voice get even deeper than my dad's. I'm only fifteen, so I'm definitely not finished with it yet, but I could easily pass for a man in his mid twenties.

10. For the whole first year I was embarrassed about it, too, and I didn't let people know I hit puberty until I was, like, 12.
Aha, so I've been told. Either way, lately I've been more comfortable with my own body, but I've always been aware that I'm not exactly the most fantastic specimen out there. But, I think, in a way, it's made me a better person, getting by on looks and such has never been an option, and so I've strived for personal betterment and genuine talent. I guess I got lucky, in terms of my interests at least. You don't have to be the epitome of sex in order to be an artist, a musician, or a student in the study of the criminally insane.HG131 said:

I don't quite remember, do we judge the reaching of puberty when a person gets their pubic hairs? 'cause I think 10 for me. I at least remember starting to look at porn back then.
Jesus...you're all a bunch of early bloomers. I thought 11-12 was young for that jazz, but I guess it's normal?
15 or so for me, I think (at 26 I still can't even grow proper facial hair)...but I don't like thinking about it.

about 13 or so, but my mind was fully mature by then. I have always been very mature now i think of it...
