What are Valves three big surprises?

They are going to release all of these on the same day and all for only one console or JUST the computer. So if you want to play it, you better have more then one computer on hand. And if you don't, then you will fall behind! YOU WILL BECOME A NOOB!

By no means will it be Half Life 3, Half Life Episode 3, or anything Half Life related. And you know what? I don't really care. Valve can do what they want. They're a damn good dev.

According to PC Gamer, the TF2 Mannconomy update is one of the surprises but I didn't read anywhere a confirmation from Valve. At least I hope that PC Gamer is wrong because if that's one of them then I'm really dissapointed.

Team Fortress 2's lead designer Robin Walker offered to answer our questions before the update went up, to help clarify the thinking behind this - the first of three big surprises Valve have planned in the next twelve months.

I'm pretty sure that the second surprise is DOTA and the third hopefully ep3/hl3 because E3 2011 is during these 12 months. It's most likely that they'll announce ep3/hl3 at E3.

Valve will announce that Gordon Freeman is gay. (as if we didn't already know)
Valve will announce a new pay as you play model for their online multi-player shooters.

Everybody knows that it's not going to be Half-Life Episode 3. I swear, at this point, it's almost a bigger joke than Duke Nukem: Forever (even excluding the fact that Duke is actually going to come out eventually).

TF2 update seems unlikely, since we just got the Mannconomy update. Besides, they've never needed a big event to announce TF2 DLC before... Have they? Like everyone else, I'm hoping for HL2:Ep3.
A brand new title or something. The last one will probably be Portal 2's new release date, though not the date it will get released obviously.

Seriously, Ep3 has been so long in production now (seeing as Ep2 was one of Yahtzee's first ten videos) that I wouldn't be surprised if it manifested as Half Life 3.
