Coffee and cigarettes, but I'm slowly doing less and less.
About 7 cups a day (I used to drink like 16)
about 14 cigarettes a day (I used to smoke about 50 a day about a year ago)
I'm still in better shape than anyone I know, and I know athletes. Maybe because I used to be a sports-fanatic. (I used to be addicted to running/jogging. Could not get enough.)
