It's easy enough. I don't mean things like "chocolate" or "love" I'm talking about proper physical addiction here. Fags, booze, mary-jane or whatever. Thought it'd be an interesting to see a little cross section. I didn't bother with a poll as theres simply too many possibilities.

Anyway for me it's alcohol. That's all I ever look forward to doing every single day of the week after I get home from work. Get hammered, go to bed.

i'm assuming what you're referring to is a chemical substance addiction. however what you're not taking into account is that psychological addictions (gambling, the reaction you can get to chocolate, sex or love) usually also create a biological reaction, the release of certain neurotransmitters into brain.

these chemical reactions can be addictive in their own right, because people start associating the behavioural actions with the release of chemicals which will create a 'buzz'. you can also have physical withdrawal symptoms from these kinds of addictions.

OT: not addicted to anything really. used to use lighter fluid, and then got a caffine addiction coming off that, but not being addicted to stuff is best xD

Cashews, I ate so much once I was stopped up for days, I'm not sure is "handful" is a scientific unit of measurment, but I ate about 40, no joke.

I am also addicted to cashews. I am well versed in the cashew back up and the saw that is passed when it's bathroom time.

I am also addicted to cigarettes, coffee (beyond addicted), carb free (blue) rockstar, video games, Orbitz Bubblemint gum, and bananas.
