It's the weekend! You've got 2-3 days off (well some of you have) so here's one for ya':

Are you playing any video-games, or other kinds of games (*snigger*) this weekend? If so, what and maybe, why, are you playing?

I'm at a mates trying out my new laptop properly for the first time, chugging down some multiplayer StarCraft II :) It's well fun!

Probably Street Fighter II on the SNES. I've been loving it since I dug it out from behind the TV.

Oh, the old classic! Retro-gaming for the win!

Mass Effect 2, Starcraft 2, Case Zero.

I too am now waiting for Reach now that I've played the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC four or five times.

Rented Spider Man: Shattered Dimensions which has been a pretty fun game, not the best spider-man game but it's freaking hilarious. Plus I've picked up and started Lair of the Shadow Broker for Mass Effect 2 and Witch Hunt for Dragon Age: Origins which I plan to knock out.

Best Spiderman game is still Spider-Man 2 then?

Would kill for a weekend-long game of Cuddle the Cute Girl, but in the absence of that I'm thinking it's gonna be a Paradox Interactive kind of weekend. Got a Crusader Kings game going, might play a bit of Revolutions as well.

Or SimCity 4. Always a good choice. Thinking that a building-type game is more my speed this weekend.

Recently got Borderlands so I'm addicted to that at the moment
And I'll spend some of the time pissing around on Saints Row 2
And I should probably get around to completing Resistance 2

Splinter Cell: Conviction
Killzone 2
Monsters (probably) Stole My Princess!

Maybe some others, including R&C: Crack in Time to get all the Zoni, but this is the plan right now.

Calumon: Ummm... LBP2 Beta!

Playing the original Starcraft with a few mates. Might play the sequel with the one friend who can run it afterward. Should be a good time!

My plan is to beat Penumbra Black Plague and get started on the 3rd episode. Maybe even get into Amnesia although I might hold off till next weekend and try getting some more hours into Far Cry 2 or finally beating Crysis: Warhead.

Starcraft 2 still needs finishing so I guess I might do that as well a bit, but we'll see.

Dude, Amnesia is sick. Seriously, as one who've completed the Penumbra Trilogy I'll tell you this; It's even worse. Look forward to it!
