1984 is amazing, so is "A Brave New World" and "The Machine Stops".
After realizing I hadn't read a book in 5 months(In my defense I read Pc Gamer, Game Informer, Newsweek, Popular Science, and Popular Mechanics every month) I read some fantastic Warhammer 40K and after finishing the Soul Drinkers Omnibus in 3 days(1,000 WPM Heck yeah!) I got psyched for the newest book in the Dresden Series... except it got delayed. Then I realized that my magazines were much more interesting and relevant and thus shunned the books again.
(On another note, is it still a book if its on the Kindle? By the way it's fantastic.)

- Umberto Eco's 'In the name of the Rose' - tough read, mystery novel set in reinassance.
- Origins (wolverine, comic book)

Also I recommend anything by PG Wodehouse, brillant stuff

I just finished reading the Metroid Manga.
the one that explores Samus's past.

It was sooooooooooo good.

Now i wanna read the Manga bassed off of Metroid Prime 2: Echos

Yep.
there are several comics but there are, i think, 4 mangas.
The original Metroid's Game Booklet was a manga itself.
There was a book that had 4 panel comedy strips.
and then was the Metroid Manga i just read.
And the one Based off of Metroid Prime 2: Echos.

The one i read was great, i would recommend it to any fan of the series.
If you haven't played Metroid Fusion then, even though it takes place before the original Metroid, its gonna have story details you wont know about.

WTF?

Clancy has become so famous that people will pay him to put his name on their book. He's probably a little more involved, but so long as the book has Tom Clancy's name on it, it will sell. I find this disappointing, since as far as military novels go, I like his writing best. Hell, I like is stuff as far as books go in general.
