Honestly, I couldn't say. I don't usually listen to songs in album order, just randomly. I'll tell you one thing though, Sgt. Pepper's is definately at the top of that list. And that's not my subjective opinion either. 2+2=4, gravity keeps the planets orbiting, and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was one of the greatest albums of all time.

This is pretty hard for me as I hardly ever pay attention to albums as a whole. BUT, 5 is not the hardest number to get to, so here we go:

5: Exits - The Boxer Rebellion

Why? Because it's a very dark, gritty but still satisfying album. My favourite song of this album probably is "Lay me down".

4: Absolutes Barcelona

Very hard to find album and the band never gets half the attention they deserve. Lots of great songs on this album. I like to reference to them as "Explosions in the sky with vocals", which is not entirely true, but for songs like "please don't go", it certainly is.

3: Pablo Honey Radiohead

Their legendary first major hit album, released back in 1993, the music still holds up to current day (indie) standards. My favourite songs are Lugree, Thinking about you and of course: Creep.

2: These Hopeful Machines - BT

BT is a very inspiring artist. This amazing, fast-paced and very happy sounding album has loads of song I simply can't stop listening to. Every other way, The light of things, The unbreakable, etc.

1: Eyes Open - Snow Patrol

This album has my favourite song of all time on it. Chasing cars. That, plus a lot of the other songs. Set the fire to the third one, shut your eyes, the finish line, etc. are just a bunch of my favourites specifically from this album.

By using Windows media player, I can do this easy!

1) System of a Down - Mezmerize (Every song is great)

2) Serj Tankian - Elect the Dead (Every song is great except Beethoven's C***)

3) Green Day - American Idiot (whatever you say media player... I guess it's good)

4) Snow Patrol - Final Straw (#Light up, light up. As if you have a choice. even if you cannot hear my voice, I'll be right beside you dear...#)

5) System of a Down - System of a Down (All good-great songs except: know, spiders, soil and P.L.U.C.K. #SUGAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!!#)

according to captcha my stability is at level 2 - code word: tsmusta
Blasphemy! P.L.U.C.K and Spiders are brilliant!

Anywho...top 5..ok well..uhh in no particular order because to choose a favourite would be difficult

1) System of a Down - System of a Down.
Favourite songs off of the album - Sugar, War?, Spiders

2) Machine Head - Through the Ashes of Empire
Favourite songs off of the album - Imperium, Descend the Shades of Night, Wipe the Tears, In the Presence of my Enemies

3) Strapping Young Lad - Its a toss up between City and The New Black. I can't choose...oh and Alien. Can't forget Alien.
Favourite songs off of these albums - Room 429, Love?, Oh my Fucking God, Wrong Side, Far Beyond Metal, All Hail the New Flesh, We Ride, Detox, AAA, You Suck

4) The Misfits - Static Age & Walk Among Us
Favourite songs off of these albums - Braineaters, Astro Zombies, Mommy can I go out & Kill Tonight?, Hatebreeders, Last Caress, T.V Casualty, Return of the Fly, Skulls

5) Zimmers Hole - When you were shouting at the Devil...
Favourite songs off of the album - When you were shouting at the devil... we were in league with Satan, Devil's Mouth, The Vowel Song, Anonymous Esophagus, We rule the fucking land.

I know that thats more than 5 but choosing specific albums from SYL and The Misfits is hard damnit. Don't get me wrong it was hard with Machine Head too but Through the Ashes is my favourite one by them.

1. Deftones - Around The Fur (probably the best album of all time ever)
2. Refused - The Shape of Punk to Come: A Chimerical Bombination in 12 Bursts (unforgettable)
3. Nadja - Corrasion (the remastered one, the old one's good too but this one takes the cake)
4. Indian Jewelry - Sangles Redux (yeah, it's a compilation of their older songs but damn, I love their early stuff)
5. VArous Artists - The Lotus Eaters (this is a Dead Can Dance cover album and I can't get enough of it like, ever)

BONUS: Nurse With Wound - Salt Marie Celeste (once I fell asleep listening to this hour long song on a long bus trip; absolutely terrifying and hypnotizing, kinda like the Nadja song Numb. You owe yourself that sweet nightmare...)

This is mighty difficult, and i've actually been thinking for a good amount of time about this. While i probably missed a few glaringly obvious choices in my mind, this is what i've come up with :)

Nirvana - Nevermind
Gorillaz - Demon Days
Beck - Mellow Gold
De La Soul - 3 Feet High and Rising
Beastie Boys - Ill Communication
Good choices brother, especially Beck and Nirvana.

No Order

Receiving the Gift of Flavor - The Urge
Dark side of the Moon - Pink Floyd
Bone Machine - Tom Waits
40oz. to Freedom - Sublime
The Downward Spiral - Nine Inch Nails
The Mollusk - Ween

This list is me shooting from the hip, so if I gave it more thought it could change, but I am ok with this list at the moment.

Edit Ooops, had to have a Ween album on my list! And yes, I know my list now has six albums

Funny, I was actually thinking about this earlier today...
Couldn't get a definitive list then, probably won't now...
But here goes, in no particular order:
*Appetite for Destruction - Guns N' Roses
*Deliverance - Corrosion of Conformity
*Kasabian (debut album) - Kasabian
*Blood Sugar Sex Magic - Red Hot Chili Peppers
*Master of Reality - Black Sabbath

I'd change it if I thought about it for any longer but I think thats pretty accurate. Though I just realised there is no Zeppelin or Bob Marley. Too late though, I've made my choice and there you have it.

EDIT: I keep thinking of more, especially after a look at other comments. So here are some that could easily be on the list as well, knocking off any bar Appetite For Destruction and maybe Deliverance.
*Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin
*Led Zeppelin 2 - Led Zeppelin
*Chinese Democracy - Guns N' Roses
*Dark Side of The Moon - Pink Floyd
*Blast Tyrant - Clutch
*Paranoid - Black Sabbath
*Ride The Lightning - Metallica

I'll just leave it at that I suppose, I could keep going.

Gorguts with their 1998 Technical Death Metal masterpiece 'Obscura', a truly fantastic album that takes a listen or two to really appreciate but is well worth your time.

Overkill's 1987 Thrash Metal classic 'The Years Of Decay', a fun and fast album that always gets me in a good mood. Great for killing time at work.

Kanye West's 2010 album 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' which really took me by surprise. I had never given Kanye a listen, but I am certain that he is one of the best modern musicians on the charts.

Gallhammer's 'Ill Innocence' released in 2007 is one of those albums that just make me stop after I listen to it and let my mind wander about. Good if you can stand the raw music or the harsh vocals.

Primordial and 'To The Nameless Dead' from the year 2007. It is perhaps the best album that I have ever heard, from a musical perspective. Primordial have always been good in my opinion but 'To The Nameless Dead' just takes the cake with its fantastic lyrics, astounding music and brilliant atmosphere. Truly something that metal fans should listen to.

The Cure - Disintegration
Skrillex - Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites
Boards of Canada - Music Has the Right to Children
Justice - Cross
Wu Tang Clan - Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)

Odd that I'm missing my industrial years on here, still I'd say this captures a collection of albums, which, upon listening to them, changed how I view music and drove me to a deeper love of it.

Edit: Oh man, I forgot Aphex Twin's Chosen Lords.... well, whatever, consider it added now. A top five just isn't enough!!!

Gojira - From Mars To Sirius
Tool - Lateralus
Animals as Leaders - (self titled)
Muse - Origin of Symmetry

Contenders for Last place:
Slipknot - Subliminal Verses
Muse - Absolution
Animals as Leaders - Weightless
Gojira - The Way of All Flesh

Anyone that hasn't listened to Animals as Leaders before... go, do it now! Listen to 'CAFO' if you can deal with heavy stuff, or 'weightless' if you can't.
