I try and take ahold of myself to be a 'considerably' good person, but hey, I have nothing else better to do than play games and eat, though I take breaks and excercise.
As for my personal emotions, I strive to be stoic and hide them very well, though I do get a crack in the wall every so often.

1 being not present
2 being a slight pinch
3 being a tad
4 being noticeable if you look hard enough,
5 being noticeable if you bother to look
6 is noticeable, but not worrisome
7 is always present ,and getting worrisome
8 is alarming and cause for worry
9 is highly alarming and possibly dangerous
and 10 is dangerous for your and other's well-being
