I think my fave would be Stormcall in Skyrim. I just love having a shout that changes the weather but turns that storm you called into a powerful weapon that destroys your opponents. I know it doesn't really care about your friends or foes but I usually just use summons so that problem doesn't effect me, just don't use it in a town you want to like you.

For regular attacks, Demi-Fiend's normal attack in SMT: Nocturne. He just slugs the bastards. It's great. "FUCK YOU, THOR!" Pow! Right in the nutsack (Thor is tall). Nothing like taking on demons from myth and legend and beating them to death with an untrained youth throwing haymakers.

As for special attacks, probably Beautiful Three from Legend of Mana. That shit was stylish. I also loved Raging Pain. This is a hard one, though; Zell's limit break in FF8 was also extremely fun. Makoto's Seichusen Godanzuki and all of Gen's Ultras from SSF4 are awesome, too, as is Hakumen's instant kill in BlazBlue.

I think for now, I'm gonna go with Vampire Savior's Jedah, where he cuts his wrists, snatches you with a monstrous hand of blood, then takes you into an alternative dimension apparently made of blood to use what seems to be magic to beat the shit out of you while he giggles maniacally.

Ahh, I still need to finish playing it for a first run myself. So many games to get through. But since I'm cutting back on games and I don't have any plans to get the new systems (Aside from a WiiU when I have the money) it shouldn't be hard to get back to it.

I really love the tonic in BioShock that makes you invisible if you stand still. There's also the Dispersion spell in World of Warcraft which disperses you into a cloud of shadow, making all damage done to you be reduced by 99% and it increases your mana at a rapid rate.

The chestburster gun from Turok Rage Wars for the Nintendo64 entertainment system.

First, you shoot the guy.
He loses a bit of health but not much. Seems like a glancing blow.
Then the heartbeat starts.
It gets louder and louder as the seconds pass.
Just when you think it couldn't get any faster, a tendril monster bursts out of their chest and screeches as the two of them fall to the ground, vanishing to respawn shortly after.

Final Fantasy VII summon, "Knights of the Round"
Basically, every knight comes forth and beats the crap out of the enemy in their own way and then finishes with King Arthur smiting the poor sod with Excalibur. To this day its still my favorite final fantasy summon

Batman Arkham City
Whenever you deliver the final blow to the last enemy the game usually does it in slow mo from a different camera angle. My favorite is when you use the batclaw/grapple to pull an enemy towards you and then batman just cloth hangs the guy so hard he practically flips in mid air. For some reason I just never get tired of seeing that in the slow mo cam.

Tales of Xilla
Ok, I'm kinda being lazy here but there are quite a few Linked Artes that I just love doing over and over. So far my favorite three are

Runination Fang (Jude and Milla)
Sharp Current (Jude and Alvin)
Diving Falcon (Jude and Alvin)

Any move from God Hand that sends your enemies into orbit. Which is damn near all of them. Inverted neck break from Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory holds a special place for me as well.

Ball Buster

Hilarious move that's gender specific.

Just of the top of my head.

Devil may cry 3: rebellion's unlockable move stinger. I tried several times to replay the game with a different weapon loadout. Nope. Can't play without it any more.

Run and gun in xcom enemy unknown. Against most enemies it's basically a free kill. What's that? Later enemies have too much health? That's what rapid fire is for ya dolt!

And finally pretty much any signature final fantasy skill: haste, firaga, meteor, just all of them. Mostly because nostalgia.

Ah to many to name I am surprised and delighted that Ar Tonelico 2 has been named though frikkin love that game.

I do like this move though from Skullgirls it almost makes me want to play Peacock just for this move.

I also love Omnislash and Tifas level 4 limit break especially when you hit them all.

I never really saw the appeal of that. although combining it with the water of life tonic (the one that regens health & eve when in water) must have made the game too easy.

Assuming Tabletop Gaming is acceptable:

Exalted's got some pretty awesome ones. I'm particularly fond of Crack the Sky, which punches your enemies into low orbit. There's another attack that does likewise, but if you hit your target hard enough, they break through reality, fall into Hell (which, in Exalted, is comprised of the horribly tortured creators of the world, the primary one trapped in the form of a city of living brass and infinite rage), at which point they hit the ground so hard time itself takes five days to catch up.

I'm especially fond of Zero's combos (Mega Man X series from 4 onward and the MMZ series).
The flow is superb, especially with his ability to maneuver (Double Jump, Long Air Dash once upgraded).

Outside of that, the BFG 10k from Quake 2 is still my definitive pick for any sort of "Fuck You-Big Energy" attack.
It charges up with a satisfying hum, the energy ball traces the target with tracking lasers to soften them up in flight and explodes violently; killing damn near everything in sight instantly.

(the BFG 20k in Quake 3 might have been more practical as a weapon, but it was really just a super-rocket launcher at the end of the day)

Definitely the spirit bomb from DBZ. Nothing says crush you more than that for me it's a damn giant ball of energy that crushes you how awesome is that.
Annnnnnnd yet the Spirit Bomb doesn't have a single kill under it's belt. :p

Think about it: it doesn't kill Vegeta, doesn't kill Frieza, and most specifically doesn't kill Kid Buu...that is if you don't count the fact that they had to cheat with the Dragon Balls in order to win that fight. Kid Buu was about to stuff that Spirit Bomb right back down Goku's throat before they gave Goku a full-life heal with the Dragon Balls, so I still say that win was on account of the Balls, not the Spirit Bomb. :p

Personally I always try to end my fights with an Instant Take-Down special combo. Seriously, watching those things in slow-mo is just BRUTAL! You see in slow motion as the camera zooms in just which limb Batman is breaking...and he breaks the FUCK out if it. I'm talking snapping forearms, legs, shins, and ankles into 90 degree angles! It literally makes me cringe every time I see it! Batman might never kill a thug, but he sure as hell has no problems brutally crippling them.

Seriously, I can only guess that every thug he does that to goes immediately into shock and that's why they're "knocked out"...and NOT letting out an "OH GOD!!! MY FUCKING ARRRMMMM!!!!!" scream so loud that it could be heard all the way from Penguin's Museum to Joker's Funhouse.

Well it's good if you're like me and tend to get distracted for a few seconds and would just like to not pause the game. Didn't know there was a water of life tonic, though, I guess I'll find it when I do my Tonic Collection play through.

It was only in 2 i think, and you got it by fully researching the houdini splicers. i don't remember that well though, haven't played for a while.

Edit: Yep, only in 2. you get it from the spider splicers. and it's called fountain of youth, not water of life. *facepalm*

Flare guns akimbo in Blood.

Also, unlimited explosive two-handgun ammo in Saint's Row the Third and IV.

What can I say, I'm with John Woo on this one.
