I'm going to have to go with the Carmines in Gears of War, you know the enthusiastic rookie. Or at least that's how my friends respond to me even though I've been playing the game as long as they have. Plus they have a habit of dying a lot, like I would in an actual war.

Actually I also relate to the Arbiter because I was once unquestioningly loyal to religion then started to question it. Learned a few truths and now I lead the fight against it.

Heavy from TF2, because everyone is after my Sandvich, and I have to bellow at times (all the time) to get things going.

One of the Mercs from Mercinaries. I love money and if you give me enough I'll blow up whatever you want me too, and blowing it up is an added bonus.

I would have to say Lara Croft. Why, because I like shooting stuff, history interests me, and I'm very sarcastic and intelligent.

The prince from katamari Demacy. Because sometimes I feel as though I exist for the sole purpose of doing the bidding of a giant, floating gay man.

Gordon Freeman.

I'm a mute physicist with a doctorate from MIT. I accidentally created a portal to another world, through which came a horde of invading aliens. Now I fight to free humanity from its oppressors.

So pretty much exactly like Gordon Freeman. I've thought about suing Valve over it, but I'm too busy whacking stuff with my shiny red crowbar.

Probably Chun Li because she's so built and into wacko fashion (spiked dog-collar bracelets?), but there really isn't a whole lot about most female protagonists in games to relate to.

Wander from Shadow of the Colossus.

He's quiet, but steadfast and determined. Plus, he's prepared to do anything he needs to in order to bring the woman he loves back to life, including sacrificing himself.

I'm like Dexter Morgan in the upcoming Dexter-game, I'm charming(MOHAHAHA!), have an odd sense of humour, kinda feel empty on the inside(aaw!) and have a dark hobby...(MOHAHAHAHA!)

Colette, in Tales of Symphonia. I can't freakin' stand her, and she's constantly apologizing. That sounds like me. I don't have the weight of the worlds on my shoulders, though.

Either her or (although I can't be sure about this next one because the game isn't in America yet) Xion from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. She seems to be constantly questioning her existence enough for it to seem familiar.

Hm, generally the "neutral lawful" ones or tragic heroes/losers.

As for specific characters, I can really relate to Sir Daniel Fortesque (Medievil), Eldred from Sacrifice, General Clarke from Supreme Commander, the Prince in the Sands of Time trilogy, the nameless hero from the Gothic series and the Guardsmen from Dawn of War ("We can do this, I know it!")

The SR2 main character (male, american/latino voice) He reacts exactly how I would in most situations if I had no regard for the law. especially when i was listening to the radios metal station and my partner changed it to rap to which my character responded "you fuck with my music again and I'll put a bullet in your head"

I'm not certain. Who's a game character who is usually calm, very intelligent, good-hearted, good-looking, an adept fighter, not a leader yet not a follower, speaks only when there's something to be said, and not big on violence?

I assure you, I'm not exaggerating on any of this. I'm not the kind of person who "toots his own horn," or so to speak.

Auron from Final Fantasy X.
