Elephants should be black and white striped patterns, like zebras. :D

And Rhinos should be orange and black striped patterns like tigers.

And puffer-fish should be purple and jellyfish should be blood red.

Ooooh and parrots should be black and monkeys should be neon green. :)

All animals should be able to change colours randomly throughout their lives. This would make going to the zoo ten times more fun.

...no, never mind actually.

My friend happened upon the subject that he thought animals should be different colours (yes I'm English, it's how we spell it)

So, if you would like to contribute, what animal do you think should be what colour?
I really don't understand the question. What do you mean? I think the colours are breed into the animals for survival.

All the animals that could easy eat/kill humans should be pink w/ purple polka-dots and all the other animals should be white.

It would be easier to tell wich ones are dangerous.

It's just a bit of fun. Imagine any animal you want in any random colour that you think would suit it better than its original; real life camoflage and capabilities in the wild regardless.

Random colour? I thought these are pre-thought colours people wanted. Anyway, grammar aside, I like the colours animals are today. If anyone was to change it I would be heartbroken. Animals can be so pretty in such a natural way. Man made constructs I find are rarely beautiful, and usually when they are it has a natural vibe to it.

Every animal should be either:
A) Like a real gecko, where their colour changes to show what their emotions are.
OR
B) Fictional gecko, where their camo changes to match the world around them.
Pardon? Geckos? Crawl around on walls? Noted for their ability to not change colour?

Surely you are thinking of chameleons?
Fuckkkk. Yeah. That.

What color is pick?

I've alwasy been confused as to why arctic animals are white, other than camo, they should be black, for warmth.
I did not want to be ninja'd so I typed a little fast! Thanks for pointing it out though.

Fixed it ^_^
And actually, the Smith's dwarf chameleon (as well as a few of the other smaller chameleons) does actually change its colour for camo (despite what QI may say to the contrary).

Edit: Sorry Mr Fry, I love you!
