sorry it was the only one I could find and it was from my old cell phone...
Huh...I did not expect you to look like that. My mental imaging of people is always way off XD

Awesome scar is awesome though, so at least you got that out of it XD
lol really, of course I've got long straight hair now, but what did you think I looked like? I usually expect people to look like their avatars... like you would be a cute Neko-chan...
and Timotei would look like Konata...
Typically like their avatars to some extent at least. Like you'd have that same hair and the same facial features like what of the character in your avatar I can see.

That's why I picked Neko Princess....I look a little like her. Same face type. I have longer hair though. And I'm not a loli ^-^
Yeah I really don't look like a 12 year old girl with bad hair but good try none the less... There is a picture of her in my profile if you curious what my avatar is supposed to look like, sort of...
Okay, well no that's not what I picture you to look like.

Just that little bit in your actual avatar. I figured something like Kyon [http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://cdn.myanimelist.net/images/clubs/3/2749m.jpg&imgrefurl=http://red-apple82.livejournal.com/&usg=__YZxQVlJmPpzKvKQRQYBkirTSqa8=&h=315&w=275&sz=24&hl=en&start=0&sig2=JOrvbiiaMTg5ADGibqas8A&zoom=1&tbnid=9LbzY5KppCUwWM:&tbnh=157&tbnw=137&ei=beKiTPeoGoKKlweS14WCAw&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dthe%2Bmelancholy%2Bof%2Bharuhi%2Bsuzumiya%2Bkyon%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:eek:fficial%26biw%3D1680%26bih%3D831%26tbs%3Disch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=rc&dur=498&oei=beKiTPeoGoKKlweS14WCAw&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=31&ved=1t:429,r:5,s:0&tx=49&ty=61] actually.
That's pretty far off...
Lain more like this [http://download.minitokyo.net/Serial.Experiments.Lain.294953.jpg] or this [http://karmaburn.com/files/screenshots/lain1301.jpg]during the show...
but I guess that's what I get for picking this as my avatar, but maybe I'll make Kyon my next avatar...
I don't know why, I just always figured you looked like Kyon. Not sure why you give off that impression though. You don't really remind me of him :p
I don't know but I'll take that as a complement as long as your not implying that I'm an abusive spouce... [http://knowyourmeme.com/i/1857/original/LeroyJ.png?1241232950]
Not at all! I don't take it bad when people say I look and act like the beloved detective [http://www.scenicreflections.com/ithumbs/L_Lawliet_-_Death_Note_Wallpaper_qxzux.jpg]
The fact that he's eating a strawberry short cake makes that picture awesome... [http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t287/scottmitchell74/Awesome.jpg]
And that picture is just.....well it says it in the pic itself XD
well anyway I was supposed to be working on homework for the last, oh, 6 hours so I'll talk to you later...

Seafood. I just don't like it. It's not that big of a deal in Ohio but we go to North Carolina 2-3 times a year so it comes up.

What common/popular food do you hate...

and we get answers like, tofu? pumpkin soup? really? Pumpkin soup is as popular as pizza or pasta?

SOY ICE CREAM? So soy ice cream is a COMMON/POPULAR food where you are from?

This thread isn't what food in the world do you hate it's what food that everyone likes that you don't, go back to the beginning of the thread and see how it works.

BAH!!! :)
Tofu is popular among the asian community, pumpkin soup im not sure but i had those when living amongst white people and yeah, soy ice cream. Seriously. Its all these health conscious people doing it im telling you. Them health nuts ruining all the good stuff......

Despise the taste of tomatoes and celery.
Also not fond of steak, just don't see the appeal of a big slab of under-cooked meat.

Cheese.

Obviously I eat pizza and lasagne but when I was younger I scraped the cheese off. I still won't eat it on its own. The textures, tastes and everything are just icky to me.

Tomatoes. Nasty...gooey...larval like things. Sure, I like ketchup and spaghetti sauce, but just plain tomatoes have always sickened me. Oh and pineapple because people put it in everything it SHOULDN'T go on! Like Pizza!

I dislike Zucchini and Tomatoes. I really, really hate tomatoes. anytime I go out to eat I end up taking them off because I forget to ask the waiter to not put them on. Also I dislike any type of nut besides almonds and peanuts.

Condiments. Keep your fucking condiments, I like to enjoy the taste of slaughtered animals unadultered, except sometimes by cheese. But, c'mon, it's cheese.

Seriously, I don't understand why people slather their burgers in mayo, mustard, and ketchup, or dump so much barbecue sauce on pulled pork or chicken that if it was alive, it would drown. Don't even get me started on ridiculously spicy food covered in ten different kinds of hot sauce. If I want to eat chicken wings, I'd really prefer to taste the chicken and not just the hot sauce. Do people's taste buds malfunction?

My old roommate used to absolutely drown everything in barbecue sauce (even macaroni and cheese, it smelled horrendous). Besides the obvious fact that that kind of treatment makes food soggy and messy, I just don't understand. He might as well have been eating tofu or textured protein, it would taste the same in all that sauce.

I don't know, I just prefer spices or dry rubs that are nice and subtle.

I must sadly inform you that I am not a picky eater.
If I'm hungry, I would eat just about anything that even 20% of other random people would eat.
I can't think of a single popular food that I can say I hate.

Ever so slight preference against, at worst, and not for particular foods or ingredients, but just for particular ingredients in too high concentrations, but then again that wouldn't really make that food popular at all to begin with.
So, basically, I don't hate any even remotely popular food.

Pizza.

I'm the outcast at just about every social endeavor. Work, school, at home... You name it. Apparently disliking pizza is some sort of taboo 'round here.
I think the reason people dislike your not liking pizza is it makes it more complicated to have you at social events. Pizza is kind of the default food that everyone enjoys and is easy to get your hands on, so when someone won't eat pizza it complicates things.

Don't take that as me insulting or berating you, just explaining why it's "taboo."

OT: Onions, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and mustard. Really limits what one can do with burgers/salads.
Yeah, that's a fair observation. It's still kinda frustrating sometimes. I don't really eat much in general, so most of the time when I'm with friends or whatever and they want to order a pizza I just find some bread or drink juice.
I thought I was the pickiest eater know to man; I guess I stand corrected. In my picky diet, pizza is a major staple, though only plain cheese or pepperoni. I can stand sausage if I am forced to, but my main problem with that is it doesn't agree with my system anyway.

The only meat I eat is bacon(that definitely redeems me a lot, even the picky eater loves bacon), and chicken if it is breaded and fried. Chicken nuggets, breaded fillets, and strips. Though I will not eat chicken if I see it has come off the bone. So at KFC, I will only eat strips or popcorn chicken. Fast food wise, Wendy's is my favorite place. Chicken wraps from heaven. Besides with food amount and quality wise, it is cheaper than McDonald's. (Two Wendy's wraps = same amount of food as three McDonald's wraps. Over a dollar in savings, with the money you save you can buy a third Wendy's wrap. Besides, Wendy's chicken is better than McDonald's) Sorry, I go on tangents.

It isn't always the taste of foods that make me not like them, it is also smells, but mainly texture(my mom thinks I am crazy about not liking foods because of texture). I don't eat beef, because it doesn't matter how it is prepared, it always smells like body odor, like sweat stank.

I guess there are many things I eat, but when it comes to going out to a restaurant, it can be hard, especially if I haven't been to the place before. At most places, there is really only one, maybe two if I am lucky, things that I will eat.

Edit: On OP's topic. I can't outright say a popular food other then some of what I mention in my post, but if you suggest something, chances are good that I don't like or eat it.

Goldfish.
Peanut Butter.
I would die if I didn't have peanut butter, it probably makes up 10% or more of my diet.

Goldfish? That's a popular food? Ooooh, wait, do you mean goldfish crackers, or actual goldfish? Because I just added this part when I figured out that you probably meant the crackers.

Right now I rationing my food because I can't go out and buy food for about three days. Because I need the money to buy my cap, gown, and invitations for my graduation this fall. I'm down to 8 packets of instant oatmeal, three slices of bread, and about 18 slices of cheese, and a can of corn. Eating won't be exciting, but I can survive on that for three days. I've been in tighter jams...I think.
