Hurry-up-and-wait theory confuses me. What is the point of asking me to do the research "AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND TIME-SENSITIVE" on how much effort, money, and time it will take to do a major project - and then when I complete said research and present the findings in all the detail they could possibly want and then some, they do nothing with the information. I mean literally nothing - as in it's been a month and a half and they still haven't made a decision on whether they actually want to DO the damn project or not. Grrrr...

Also, drivers in my state confuse me. Picture this: You're in a parking lot, pulling to the exit. You get to the exit and look out at the road. There is ONE CAR (mine, of course) coming in your direction. There is nobody behind this one car for as far as you can see. The car is traveling at 45 miles per hour. You intend to go no faster than 30 miles per hour. If you wait for this car to go by before pulling out yourself, you will be waiting approximately 2.5 seconds before being able to pull out. Do you:

a.) Wait for the car to go by, then pull out and drive along with no problems

or

b.) Pull out in front of the oncoming car, forcing the other driver to slam on his brakes to avoid rear-ending you, and then proceed to leisurely drive along the road at 15 miles per hour below the speed limit, making sure to weave back and forth in your lane to keep the other car stuck behind you.

If you answered "a," you are not a typical driver from my state.

Okay, maybe "confuse" isn't the right word in that case. Maybe "enrage" is more appropriate.

sometimes when someone does something completely stupid without decent reasoning if they have any reasoning at all, ill become nearly obsessed with whatever they did as i try to make it seem logical, i know someone who had me confused for 3 years, then i assumed i had them figured out finally, then they threw me off completely for another 6 months till i said go rot somewhere
