Over the past couple of years I've started becoming a comic book fan but I've noticed that all the really good series I've come across are all discontinued. I'm talking about series like The Sandman, The Invisibles, Stormwatch, The Authority, Transmetropolitan and Miracleman. However I've not found anything on that level in series that are being published currently.
Now I'm not nessasarily looking for something to be as good as The Sandman but I'd love to see something on par with the early Authority arcs. So comic books fans, what series that are being released monthly at the moment are worth reading?
