I wasn't paying a huge amount of attention to the opening cutscene so I just picked a Nord then picked the first appropriate name that came into my head.

Ulfric.

In retrospect I like to play that as the ONLY reason he got arrested.

My dunmer is known as "Karga" - which means 'Crow' in traditional turkish.
My orc is known as "Hrothgar Odinson." I know that's more of a Nord name...but with the grunt, it really did feel Orky...and my mate and I were drinking a lot and taking the piss on everything.

Boy characters are always named Maxieon, a name I came up with about 9 years ago.
Girl characters, which I prefer to play as, usually are named either Neronium, another name I made up from the story I've been making, Elika, or Elana.

I named her Momo.

She's a Kahjiit black mage. I like the name because it's cutesy. The contrast with the way I behave in game is amusing in an absurd way.

Why do I get the feeling that you made an uber hammer and start whacking people with it? XD
In all seriousness that is a cute name. Although isn't it a bit tough to play as a pure mage in Skyrim? I had a difficult time myself trying to do it.

My favored weapons are the Sanguine Rose, Mehrune's daggar and my trusty fireball. I eventually leveled up all of my skills to get the Legendary Dragon achiev, so I'm not technically only a mage anymore. I consider the other abilities I have to be a side effect of my demi-goddom.

Honestly, melee combat makes me really nervous for some reason. I guess it's because it's so easy to accidentally be 1 hit if you run up to the wrong creature, I just got used to ranged kiting.

That, sir, is a bad-ass name for a Breton.

Bohrzha the master thief at your service. More commonly known by the title "Thane of Riften", having used his ill-gotten gains as a thief to purchase huge amounts of land and power and wanting to appear legitimate. When not murdering, thieving or raiding, I walk around in noble robes looking balla. With Dawnguard coming out, my Dunmer master thief/assassin cum wealthy noble realised that he could extend his life of opulence into infinity by becoming a vampire and conquering death. Soon, I'll be "Bohrzha, Vampire Lord". Mwahahaha.

My other characters:
- Rurin, Altmer spellsword, M
- Leofric, Nord 1h and 2h warrior, M
- Lana, Bosmer 2h and bow warrior, F

Got 2 characters. My main gal is named Lilith, she is an archer who is an opportunist and is not above murder, in fact she really loves gold. She has a distinct hatred of the Thalmor considering there a bunch of stuck up pricks. Despite all her negative traits, you will never find a better archer, and if your looking to off someone from afar, she is the best bet you got.

2nd character is an orc named Morgoth (Lotro reference), he is a two handed berserker with a heavy sense of justice and loves helping people out. He is a bit of a sellsword but the good kind of sellsword. His appearance is actually quite scary but he is really very kind at heart. However he can't stand the Thalmor, he would kill them for free.

The one thing they all have in common...they hate the Thalmor and kill them on sight.

Ya...I am a bit..err...prejudice towards High Elves.

I made a pansy gay orc and named him Windy-Hole, and we much prefers chasing butterflies to swinging a sword around :)

I've got like 10 skyrim Characters... but eh. My main character is Felisi Adryn, a Dunmer Vampire who majors in Archery and is simultaneously the Listener of the Dark Brotherhood and Guildmaster of the Thieves Guild.

Others include;
Antoinetta Renault - Breton Witch
Minerva - Redgaurd Werewolf, member of the Dawnguard.
Ahdri - Former Khajit caravan guard.

etc.

I named mine Jamilitan Jay Hawke... it doesn't sound very Roman or a Greek name but actually has a pretty sweet Backgrouund Story! He is a Archer/ Warrior and is part of the Imperial Army.

But has anyone noticed Angeir, the talking Greybeard said no OTHER Dovahkiin has appeared yet...

There is the whole debacle in the Dragonborn DLC though, which is probably what it was hinting at. Also when reading the Book of the Dragonborn, the scholar talked about whether it was possible that more than one Dragonborn could exist at any given time, which presumably it is possible, since before the Oblivion Crisis every Emperor is a Dragonborn, and since when one dies they are succeeded by someone who can wear the Amulet of Kings, then they both have to have been Dragonborn at the same time. Potentially. Besides which, you are prophesied as the Last Dragonborn to defeat Aldiun who was shunted through to a different time, which probably means you are the last one.

At the time though, I thought it was a subtle reminder that, in reality, there a millions of Dragonborn currently - every person who is playing Skyrim.
