Thanks for all the ideas, guys. My de-stress methods usually involve either music or gaming. If it's minor stress, I'll meditate or do some mindless task like organize my movies by alphabetical order or by actor or by genre. Yeah, I've reorganized them many many times. Talking it out with a friend helps, especially my new lady friend.
Major stress, I play Lego Batman. Not everyone's idea of violent, but I enjoy the subtle humor and the fact that the bad guys break into pieces is oddly satisfying.
