So this new year of school and home life has been really stressful and I've been a wreck for the past 6 months. My crutch has been south park and candy, my question is: What is your stress-reducing crutch?
I lie down in my comfy bed and just stay there for a really long time. As long as I need, whether that is 10 minutes or a few hours. Eventually I calm down and everything is right with the world.
