What Do You Do When You Can't Game?

The internet is down, the power is out, your not near your console, or some other reason and you can't game... period. So, what do you do instead?

I usually just wander around aimlessly going from reading a book to watching reruns until I can get back on my computer.

Get on with my life? As much as I game (40 hours a week, at least, easy) I can skip it entirely. I had to go without games, tv, or internet for about six months and didnt really notice.

But, for a productive answer, I read and write.

I read, Paint my tiny plastic figures, hang out with friends or study.
Not that hard, really. The one issue I have is that I can't game too much these days..
Being an university student is rough.

Well, if the power is down, I am guessing TV is out so I can't watch Law & Order: Criminal intent so I would read a book, play the board game The last night on earth (which is a zombie board game) or Axis and allies with my housemates (which would be particularly atmospheric with the lights out) then I would wander down to my local wetherspoons with them and have a couple of pints. (It actually sounds like my regular saturday night)

Listen to music, read a book, go outside and exercise, visit imaginationland or practice on my guitar(poorly)
