What do you do when you rage?

talk very levelly and gradually go redder... this is rage at family/teachers or authority figures

become more obnoxious and physically violent... this is rage at friends

so you see, my anger is somewhat diverse =)

Usually punch something (wall, door, pillow, keyboard whatever) and shout something like "FUUURY!!!!". I don't get mad often.

I snarl and smash my fist on the desk really hard. Fortunately, I have a mousepad with a wrist rest, so if I smash it on the mousepad it doesn't hurt! Get one of those mousepads, it's very good for venting.

i start ranting on the bullshit "headshot instakill with a pistol from the other side of the map in left 4 dead.or the fact that i need to shoot in the shoulder to get headshots in team fortress and the fact that most demo's dont NEED skill,all they have to do is move back and forth spamming instakill grenades of death or stickies that should only do so much damage if they where crits and crits in general.i swear i have died more to crits ten normal bullets and rockets.

Hey, have you ever considered how your in-game character would look in an RPG, especially a squad-based one with in-character NPCs, when he/she rages out? That would be hilarious.

I don't do anything because I don't really rage. If I get frustrated, I'll turn off the game (if it's online, then when the match is over).

Rarely ever occurs, but when i do rage i stop what i am doing and go climb a tree

It's quite unbelievable how pissed I can get. I once kinda broke my tooth because I had my teeth clenched too hard. I am surprised I haven't made victims yet.

I sometimes black out, so maybe I have.

Kicking and swearing usually helps alot. And throwing the controller (on a soft bed) if playing on a console.

And also set on Anaal Nathrakh pretty loud.

Light rage: suppress it.
Normal rage: suppress it.
Crispy rage: hit a wall, curse and mutter under breath, suppress it.
Extra-Crispy rage: black out and apparently attack everyone in the general vicinity. So I'm told.

I have been known to throw a controller or two. But then I just breath deeply, and take a walk around the block. Does wonders.

Oh yes, I also tell the Xbox/PS3/PC that they cheat, so they know I'm on to them.
