What do you do with insects?

I put them on a toothpick and place them outside my room as a warning to all other bugs.

I'm a vegan so I even let mosquitos take my blood... Mostly just let them be...

But if it's a cockroach, I'll kill that ************

Methodology depends on the bug.

Many are mashed and some are hit with that electro-racket.
Things like grasshoppers, mantids, and like large beetles I take outside.
Stink bugs - those motherfucking stink bugs - are grabbed with tissue and flushed down the toilet.

I hate the sight of bug guts, so I usually try and shoo it out the door or window. Not very manly I know, but really, bug guts just make me gag. If that's not possible, I'll try and trap them in a paper towel or tissue and then crush the little fucker with my hands (without seeing it). Bugs suck.

As long as they're quiet and not parasitic, I'm happy for them to stay. Noisy moths ichneumon wasps are shown the door, aphids infesting my plants get the bug spray, everything else is welcome to stay.

I like bugs. I find them fascinating, and I let them outside when it's convenient.

I don't like it when people like to kill bugs and then complain about animal cruelty to things like, dogs or something.

It's irrational, yet it's done by a whole lot of people.

If it bites or stings or is extremely obnoxious...then it's as good as dead. I'd rather not nurse a potentially painfully or annoying bite or have something flying in my face forever. And stink bugs...just because that stench is horrendous and there was infestation here last year...
However, bugs like...a firefly or a moth/butterfly, or heck, even a cicada if it found it's way in here, I just put those in a plastic cup and carry them back outside, I don't feel any need to kill them.

If I had my way all insects/bugs etc. would be vaporized. The damage to all ecosystems, and by extension us, be damned!

The only bugs I'll kill deliberately are the ones after my blood: mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas. I enjoy killing them.

Most other bugs I leave alone.

Centipedes, however, are terrifying motherfuckers. They can have the house, I don't want it.

Well If I can I capture them and move them outside. I have a small cup in my room and I simply slap it down on the bug, put a piece of paper under the cup, flip it and dump the bug outside. If its something that is just going to fly away I usually ignore it or blow on it if its annoying me. Luckily, bugs, due to their small mass, can survive a pretty far fall. (Although I'm not sure what I'd do if I found a poisonous insect since capturing one of them is not a good idea).

I used to scream like a little girl and sprint to my door, slam it on the way out, and enter the fetal position until it dies of old age. Now I use one of my insect killing sprays. People looked at me weird when I started laughing psychotically at the sight of them in the store.
In my defence of my actions, I've had 26 ladybugs in my room or camping on my windows at once. 26.

I kill them all...except for spiders because they trap and kill other insects. Insects are my most hated creature in the world, barely beating out humans simply because of their small size and annoying way of infiltrating my home unnoticed.

OT: Depends on the bug. Spiders are thrown out (YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO PREVENT INTERLOPERS FROM GETTING IN!). Moths, silverfish, earwigs, and mosquitoes get crushed. I've been lucky enough not to have any ant problems since moving into this house. Cockroaches, I scream and wait for a braver family member to take care of it...
