Apparently, this question was asked by popular american movie critic Gene Siskel in interviews.

So why make it into a thread? Because its an interesting question which asks about your perception of the world and what you can confirm of it. I'll start.

What do I know for sure?
Well, I know that its annoying to have so many plastic insrtuments in the house with all those wires, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is one of the best books ever written, and that having to use ethernet wires is always a bit of a pain.
