I feel this is the only appropriate answer:

This is but a sample, the full film is even weirder...

The only one I can think of is...
Bravestarr?

El Cazador de la Bruja is kind of a western?

Some good suggestions already.

My favorite will always be Batman Beyond, I think it was far and away one of the most interesting things DC has ever done. While the main show is fairly standard, every now and then they'd crack out some really amazing artistic work, and the intro was one.

I'm gonna give another vote to Samurai Jack and Batman The Animated Series. Although if movies of a series are allowed, I'd say Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. Same aesthetic as the series, but on a higher budget and it shows. Also, it's just a plain good movie overall.

If movies in general are allowed, I'm also going to give a shout-out to Disney's Hercules. The style reminds of Greek vase paintings (sometimes overtly so) and gives it a really distinct look amidst the other Disney movies. As for the animation quality: it's part of the Disney Renaissance era for a reason.

Ralph Backshi's and Frank Frezzetta's team up for fire and ice was pretty cool.
