Most definitely. It can work both ways. For instance, I just heard a voice commentary on the News and was mildly freaked out when the camera panned out and it was a woman talking, the voice was that androgynous, it was jarring.

If voices didn't play some part in the courting process then I doubt the show 'dating in the dark' would have gotten off the ground.

They can certainly make someone less hot! Just like a really annoying voice a really soothing or otherwise appealing (cute perhaps?) voice can shape your perspective of a person.

Aussies sound awful. Really awful. I don't understand how people can like Australian accents.

For me, the sexiest accent is just your generic British one. Like the one all the Americans attempt to emulate in films. Not a fan of Scottish accents, though. But Irish accents can be quite lovely. And I like most Scandinavian accents.
