I don't really like my name. "Jacob" is just a tad too bibley for me.
My middle name is cool, though. My dad insisted my siblings and I all have motorbike manufacturers as middle names.
But you get to go around telling everyone you're the manifestation of the character with the same name from LOST!

I hate my name...'Grant'...it makes no sense. I mean, it's not exactly the most macho name or the most creative name. I will probably switch my middle and first names around.

Then I'd be a Charlie. ^^
You'd pick Charlie over Grant? Grant's a pretty awesome name.

Unless people call you "Granny."

I don't think my name(Milosh) represent me that much, so avoid using it. Almost everyone knows me by my nickname and/or surname. Interestingly enough, literal translation of my name would be "WeBad" xD

What's your opinion on your own name?

Mines Dafydd, which can be a little tricky to live with as it's essentially only pronouncable with a Welsh accent =/ I live in England however.

On the plus side I rarely meet another, so I guess I stand out from the crowd a little.
Do you watch little britain? There's another dafydd on there.

Mine's Jed. I get a lot of jedi comments.
Yeahh XD I shat myself when I first saw it, thought I was in for a world of bullying. But I rarely get that oddly.
I got "Point to your eye Jed" all the time when the new star wars films came out. Why? Because its a Jed eye. My friends are so witty.

Yeah, but recently I've also been likened to a certain Twilight character.
Being called a werewolf was pretty cool, but the sudden influx of preteen/early adolescent girls with forced crushes on me has been terifying.

Depends, I always insist on going by my full first name, no shortening...
Exactly. I knew so many people going by Rich, Richie, Rick and Dick (and most of them had a similar last name, lucky me), so I always felt special being Richard.
Now I feel even more special, considering half the people I'm around are named Matthew Ryan something.

I looked up the meaning in Serbian:
Meaning of the name Milosh: "Glad, Pleasant, Sweet, Happy, Nice, Dear, Charming, Brings Happiness. The person everyone is glad to see."

Aren't you glad? xD

Nothing special about my name. It's just a normal name. Not to common, not to rare.

I'm not a fan of my last name though. The name itself is fine, but almost everyone mispronounces it. The e isn't silent dammit.

EDIT: I just looked up the meaning of my name. Apparently, it's an old English word that means "door keeper of an inn".

I feel insulted.

Piers is a little different and hey, I like it.

As a note, I do know another Piers and we are friends (it kind of cool because of the uncommonness of the name) - though it gets confusing when someone shouts it out.

Terrifyingly awesome, if you're around the same age as them. :p

It's kind of ironic that an atheist, such as myself, is named Michael.

Michael is a given name that comes from the Hebrew: מִיכָאֵל / מיכאל‎ (Mikha'el), meaning "Who is like God?"
I guess I don't fulfill my name.

To be honest, I've never really considered it before. I guess I just Like my name...

My first name comes from two German words, and means (loosely) 'protector of desire', and my middle name, also from German, comes from the word for 'heart, mind or spirit' Cookie to however can work them out...

Also, do people normally find it easy to associate with their middle names, or am I the only one?
(By that, I mean, answering when someone calls you by your middle name)
