I'd be more than willing to drink Charge. The others I would be less enthusiastic about, maybe even incredibly hesitant, but none of them seem that bad when you consider the powers that come with them.

In all seriousness, they probably taste like really awful medicine. Considering the medicine that was used back then, they probably tastes like a mix of ethanol and heroin. Possibly cocaine.

Shock Jockey: Kind of like one of those 5-hour energies. Always had a zap to them. I know, that's awful but it;s the truth.

Return To Sender: Copper. That strong copper taste.

Possession probably tastes like absinthe, get a glimpse of the green faery when Booker drinks it at first. Devil's Kiss, probably cinnamon schnapps would be about right. For Murder of Crows I will guess black sambuca. For Undertow probably something like brine, maybe Kraken Spiced Rum.
