15 second boot time.
30 seconds and i can access the interwebs through a heavily customised firefox

Vista. I have the Windows 7 copy in my hands but I don't feel like installing it.

Windows 7 Professional. Only cost me £40. Thankyou very much student discount. To be honest there doesnt seem to be a huge amunt of difference between 7 and vista but 7 does seem to run a little quicker, then again a severely overweight one legged dog could probably run faster then vista.

Vista, I'll try to switch to Windows 7 this week... Tried the release candidate, wasn't much of a success, but it seems I'm not able to go back to XP, and I'd really like to be shot of Vista.
