I don't know, they should probably remove guns, the game just seems so very agressive.

I want.....the lack of a Singleplayer campaign whatsoever.

Then i won't feel compelled to play it (i don't do MP) and feel bitterly disappointed by inevitably incoherent jumble of meaningless twists :D

M1014 shotgun

Something new gimmick, I don't care what, so long as it's something new

MW2's weapons, or similar analogues, but without the Stopping Power perk

Oh, and most importantly:

I have to say, I do love Black Ops (It's the first CoD I've owned), but goddamnit we need a return of seperate profiles for each player in splitscreen, ala MW2. Seriously, why was that so hard to include in BlOps, Treyarch? What the hell?
I always used to have 3 friends around, rent out MW2 and play for an entire night, or until our minikeg ran dry. It was so cool, with everyone having their own consistant profiles to level in every time they came around. We can't do that anymore with Black Ops and I haven't the faintest idea why they removed it.

Adide from that, I don't really have any complaints. After playing the hell outta MW2 splitscreen and now with BlOps splitscreen, I can safely say that the curreny system is one of the best things they've ever included for a multiplayer game.

zombies, its not a stupid suggestion at all, everyone enjoys it, and just because its only been in treyarch games so far doesnt mean it shouldnt be in an infinity ward game
The problem with that is the story line, one of which Zombies does have. So, unless IW can find some adverse way of linking the whole mutation/ mad scientist/ creepy little girl thing into a Modern setting... It doesn't seem all that likely. I mean, I guess they could do a '30 years later' jobby... But I thought the whole allure of Zombies was the creepy, shadowy settings. Yes, Black Ops has one in the pentagon. But there's that idea taken now; any more offers on modern spook-settings?... There really aren't that many.

I'd like some originality, and for the multiplayer to become more refined

Take place in the future for all I care, I just want something besides another cold war taking place in present time and lining up with current events loosely game that has decent tatics online other than hope the guy shooting you has horrible aim and isn't camping around every corner. Give me fighting the Japanese on the moon for control of the ladder to heaven, or battling giant monsters underground in Hati to stop the evil fuck you device from opening up the earth and rattling everyone's houses.

How about we have some crazy unrealistic senarios in this for sure to try and be made to milk money franchise that's starting to become as stale as the WWII Cod games were

Hopefully we'll get crazy awesome senarios out of Respawn if they wrestle the MW franchise tag away from the evil Activision and their frankenstein IW and their new ***** slave Treyarch

Ironically, I actually do enjoy MW2, and BO, but if I get the same thing again in any MW3 that comes out I will be very upset, feel cheated, then remember that I pay little to no money to them since I get all my rentals for free then fart in their direction...wow I feel like I'm sounding pretty crazy right now

I really do like the idea of setting it in the future.
So we replace the word "Battlefield" with Call of Duty?
and then we insist its revolutionary and no one has done it before.

OT: i think they need less instant kill guns, theres no real way of fighting back against a guy around the corner who kills you in one hit, and the only things that stop this are things like juggernaut but everyone complains about them.

Vague amount of realism: Iknow Call of Duty has never been a series based solely on 'realism' but with M"2 they just went off the scale. I think they spent way too much time thinking "How can we make the next Modern Warfare more AWESOME" and forgot about how stupid they were making it.
Hearbeat sensors, dual wielded shotguns/SMG's, throwing knives. You get the idea.

I want it to be a lot more like Call of Duty 4 was, and that is, relatively realistic and at the same time well-balanced.

Single-player, I want to know what happens to Soap! Also I quite liked the co-op missions in MW2 so it would be nice to see a return of them.

More Halo, just for the ultimate trolling. Imagine you're there gunning down whatever threat we're fighting this time and an Elite just steps out. I would pay my weight in gold to see the reactions to that.

better balance in guns is all i can think of o and i liked the player symbol customization but it needs some more restrictions im tired of seeing crudely represented penissuss (or whatever the plural form of penis is), naked women, bestiality every time i die

A large portion of MW2 was spent defending American suburbia and fast food restaurants from invading Russians.

What more do you people fucking need?

*bigger maps
*decent (length) campaign
*melee a la BFBC2
NO GODDAMN DUAL WEILDING SHOTGUNS

And Killstereaks that don't give you a controllable flying death fortress.

I'd like a great deal more genuine interactivity, 'Pull RT to swim up and execute an awesome move' doesn't do it for me. When you took off in the SR-71 I was hugely annoyed. That whole sequence was the bastard child of an overlong cut scene and an un-necessary quick time event. It was a cheap excuse to add play time to a ridiculously short campaign.
And a much longer campaign. I'm not paying $110AUS for a AAA title I can finish by the end of Christmas dinner. Grrrr. Angry.

Maybe a better campaign that's not about brave American solider and that Russia isn't a ''BAD'' guy so to say

Personally, I rather liked the campaign for MW2. But if they made it a bit more like the MW1 campaign that would be awesome too. So I'm ok with that either way. As for multiplayer, I couldn't care less really. I don't play the multiplayer aspect since it doesn't really interest me.

While I could say that I would like a different country's perspective as well, I have more of a desire to find out what happens to Soap and Price. Oh! And a longer campaign would be nice. I know that some FPS fans (not all) don't even touch the single player campaign a lot of the time and so companies feel the need to focus more on the multiplayer aspect. That still doesn't excuse having only a 6 hour long campaign on some games. If it's a very excellent 6 hour long campaign, I could understand somewhat because extending it further could lead to useless padding.
