What do you want to see in the Spider-man re-reboot?

A good film with the symbiotes. Not just Venom shoehorned into a movie with two other villains, but just Spider-man and Venom and/or Carnage. Though, too be honest, it's mainly because I really like the concept and look of the symbiotes - and I want to see a good incarnation of them in a live-action film.

Also, no Topher Grace as Eddie Brock.

No more Spiderman origin stories. We got two of those for Peter Parker already, we don't need another film reminding us why Peter became Spidey in the first place. Just throw in a couple of flashbacks or exposition scenes, and give us a good original Spidey story.

I think we'll be getting a Spidey, not a Peter Parker (or very little of him) and he'll be mainly a sidekick in the MCU, like Natasha Romanov (Black Widow), almost part of every movie, but in a small, yet somehow, quite an important role.
That's what I think we'll be getting. A young Spidey, growing up to become one of the most important of the Avengers.

It would be very interesting if they show the alternative origin of Spiderman, but sadly I don't know the title of the specific series.
Anyway, in this alternative Origin Peter Parker get his powers after an accident inside a Lab of Doctor Octavius while he was showing him some of his experiments he was developing.

Also I hope somehow to bring Vemon but with a more cool/acceptable way [in Spiderman 3 was a disgrace...]

I'd like to see Miles Morales, played by Donald Glover, but it'd be hard to do his backstory without some setting up elsewhere. Unless they're willing to bring in Garfield or even Maguire only to kill them off.

Isn't he a bit too old for Miles? I don't know too much about him, never really bothered with his comics.

He is. Miles is much younger, but I wouldn't mind them tweaking it, a la age-tweaking in say, GoT. I don't think that Morales at his original age would fly in a blockbuster adaptation anyway. Apparently part of the inspiration for Morales' appearance was Glover's desire to play Spiderman. I like Glover, loved his role in Community, and wouldn't mind seeing him play Spiderman, and Morales is an interesting take on the concept, and I'd prefer it to a third Parker, as that would feel, to me, overdone.
