What do you wish to see in the upcoming Legend of Zelda?

I'd like to see a complete overhall of the premise. Fine, brave schmuck saves princess, I can get behind that. The problem is how familiar everything is the series now. It's become: "Oh look, a mirror. Can't wait for the beam of light to reflect off it at the right angle to open the door." The games are repeating themselves, and I think the difficulty complaint from the last game is easily due to that. I want to see something new, with different style and more exploratory freedom.
if it was up to me, which it isn't and never will be, the next Zelda would be a Steampunk game where you could leap around a massive clockwork city, exploring every nook and cranny, and in the end, you might not even win.

Id like to see a zelda game that has nothing to do with link or zelda. Or at least something similar to majora's mask. I mean, come on, someone besides me has to be tired of the hookshot, boomerang, etc., and to be honest, im kind of tired of the character of link. Seriously, playing as a little blond mute who always goes after the same sword is not only boring, but incredibly irritating. I want to see a new character that can actually speak who isnt after a sword that beats up evil so he can save the least interesting princess character since princess peach. Tear the series apart and do something new already.
Less weapons, i didn't like the fact that you had everything from a wooden shield to a freakin' morning star. I like it if it would be just the main weapons, sword&shield, boomerang, bow, bombs and the hook shot. Maybe I forogtt something but you get what I mean. Also maybe an world outside Huryle? Not like a prarell but like a bridge or a cave that would take you to a new "continent"... Lots of ideas to Nintendo from here!! ^^

Anyways, I can see what you're trying to say, but if Nintendo was going to make a game that didn't have Link or Zelda, and didn't stick to any of the usual standbys of the series, then why call it a Legend of Zelda game in the first place? Wouldn't it just be a new IP at that point?
