4. A guy whom I can't remember the name of, he has an animated .gif avatar of a leo-strut squirtle.

He and Jack Black are good friends though. Jack was in the music video for Low and Jack lended his vocal talents on

It was just too fucking cool to pass up. Particularly after Fanboy animated it for me.

Yes, this is an Elite from Halo: Reach multiplayer. Done up in the Officer Armor with aqua and olive color respectively. The reason?
This is my character in Halo multiplayer, from as early as Halo 2 I had been using an elite with aqua color and olive as a secondary. The Halo 3 model was actually my avatar for the longest time on the Escapist and when Reach came out, I updated it. In other words, this is who I am.

2) Why did you pick it?

Because Elites are MIGHTY and this is my own personal Elite, so hence it is mighty.

3) Will you change it anytime soon

Well, I've changed it once but again, that was an update, not a permanent change. Maybe if a new Halo game comes with even more badass Elites, I will.

4) Who has the best/worst/creepiest avatar?

Best? Don't know.
Worst? Anyone who uses Pedo-bear. Seriously, stop it.

My avatar is of the Avatar, it symbolizes my ever burning hatred of M.night Shamalonadingdong and the abomination he has created.

I probably will not change it any time soon, because I hope it might raise awareness, that and it looks kinda nice.

The anime one with the girl laughing maniacally as the other girl stabs herself repeatedly, haunts my dreams.

I'm cute, cuddly, and lovable...well, on the inside at least. :D Ein is the Corgi from my favorite anime, Cowboy Bebop. I want one once I get out on my own.

My great love of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, probably. Since it's a picture of Rincewind the Wizzard (spelling mistake intentional), the main character of a number of books in the series.

Because I love Discworld. Also, because it's been my avatar on a number of forums way before I joined the Escapist.

3) Will you change it any time soon?
Doubt it. I've had the same avatar since I joined the Escapist.

4) Who has the best/worst/creepiest avatar?
Oh, I've no idea. I used to love Furburt's old animated avatar of Ash in the laughing room [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtZx0AOyRRU&feature=related] from Evil Dead 2. There are plenty of great ones around the forums though.
