Ahh the appeal to your ego thread. How could I resist.

I've gone by the alias imagremlin for over 20 years, I used to sign my source code like that before the internet. It was inspired by the Warner Brother's cartoon Russian Rhapsody, where a gremlin loudly proclaims "I'M A GRRREMLINN FROM THE KRRREMLINN".

I thought it was funny. Over the years I have noticed it elicits a chuckle when people realizes what it says. Incidentally It's also practical to use a phrase as login name as it seems to be available everywhere.

There is only one other imagremlin on the web as far as i know. It's a female from New Jersey. She started using the alias about five years ago. I've never contacted her though.

Mine is because I was playing "Castlevania: Symphony of the Night" at the time I made the account and he is one of my favourite videogame character. The series of numbers at the end is simply my birthdate, 11th January 1989. My second nickname, "York" simply came from what my American friends call me (it is actually shortened down from "Yorkie"), due to the area where I am from :)

Well, when I was in year 7, I was a big fan of Zelda.

Pretty self-explanatory from there haha

So it's not from Mogworld?
OT: It came from when I was playing Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops Plus, and tried to come up with a name. Everything I was trying had been taken, and I got pissed and put "NO." The period on front was placed because on a different website, I needed four letters. MPO+ was the first game I remember playing online.

A coincidence. A frightfully strange coincidence, but I guarantee that Mogworld did not pass through my mind until after I made this.

Jim just so happens to be a great name. ((The Necromancer part- well, look at my avatar and you can see why.))

I remember the first time I saw your name. I just thought "He just got that sraight from Mogworld, he should at least have a little originality." Reading Mogworld took a lot longer then it should've for me. I spent a few weeks ont it, when I could normally finish a book that big in a few days.

So just think Moderate Republican? Y'know not as deadly as the Conservative sort but you still shouldn't turn your back on them since they still believe that those with the power and wealth (and general sneakiness) should rule the masses?
Nope. Nothing in my name about the <url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alignment_%28Dungeons_%26_Dragons%29#Neutral_Good>moral axis of the alignment.
Sorry I guess I picked the wrong side.

Kiju is a name that follows my dream-self around quite often. I'm one who believes in reincarnation, and I think it might have been the first name of one of my past lives.

Just a hunch, though.
