"What ever happend to predictability?
The milk man, the paper boy, evening T.V
You miss your old familar friends, but
waiting just around the bend."

-Full House

Alright alright, now that we've taken that little trip through nostalgia, lets get down to business. How routine do you like your days? Do you have/keep a schedule (formal/informal)? For example, do you have a routine when you get up, or a routine after you get back from school/work?

Now, I do have a pretty strict schedule myself, but not in the sense of a calendar. For example, Every Tuesday and Thursday its basketball time. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday I hit the gym. Even at school, I spend one of my free periods with a friend, two by myself checking the Escapist, and 1 going to lunch. Ect.

I have to admit it, I do like having a routine. I'm one of those people that likes to predict the unexpected

So, how routine is your life? Do you like it?

See, I'm the kind of guy everyone thinks has a plan, truth is, I make this shit up as I go along. Simply put.

Other than organizational matters (work part-time on Mondays and Wednesdays, slightly longer part-time on Fridays, class at various times on Monday-Thursday), I tend to make it up as I go along. About the only thing I consider routine these days is buying pork buns at the Farmer's Market on Thursdays (and lunch overall).

Predictability abondoned itself in our time of need. But it's going to come back and save us in the nick of time by sacrificing itself in cliche fashion.

And we're all going to see it coming.
That made me laugh rather hard

OT: I like my day mostly planned out, or at least know what needs to be done, I just work better that way, even more so if i plan it myself

I'm an organizer by habit, but the odd "Let's get hammered and go bowling!" now and then is still appreciated. Unfortunately, once I get in the mindset to go out/stay home, I don't derail.

In the words of V:

"I do, like many of you, appreciate the comforts of every day routine- the security of the familiar, the tranquility of repetition. I enjoy them as much as any bloke. "

Go to school, go home, shower, repeat. With an occasional curve ball such as hanging out with friends or fucking myself over and getting me into a lot of trouble somehow.

I honestly do not like it, after a while everything just gets annoying.

Hmm. I have an average bit of routine, I guess. I get up in the morning (well, evening, lately), go in the shower and once I'm done, get dressed. That happens regardless of what the day brings for me. Aside from that, my 'routine' lately has been completely thrown around as some days I spend the entire day WoWing while other days I talk to my friends the entire day long, then watch a movie and go to bed again.

I like to get up and decide how I feel for the day.

I do plan things. Especially when something needs to happen at or before a certain time. But more often than not, I just go with how I feel.
