Motion feedback, is like, when you push a button it has resistance so you have to actually push it. Air doesn't. Most controllers have vibration as well which is also a type of feedback.
The next level is force feedback which is when a controller can change the resistance based on what is happening in a game, like a wheel might be stiffer in some cars and and when doing different things.
Something that would be too expensive and bulky for most homes is a hydraulic cabinet like a proper flight simulator and some arcade games where you sit inside a cabinet that moves. That's proper motion feedback.
