Also, I never beat the last boss in Shadow Hearts 2... not sure why though.
Get the Eternal Ring from the Nemeton Monastery side quest, can kill him in one turn.

I never finished Donkey Kong 64, I couldn't clear that Donkey Kong arcade game with the barrels where you play as a plumber that wears a strange hat and rescues a Princess, that sounds familiar.
I don't remember why exactly, but I think I didn't beat him because I lost interest.

Also, that does sound very familiar. Hmmmm....

Oblivion ... which is kinda weird since I finished Morrowind

Dead rising ... couldn't be bothered to fight through hordes of mindless zombies over and over to die 3 steps away from the piss save. Given that the saves are so out of the way and far in between, I got mad and left the game there.

Star Ocean : Till the end of time ... Just couldn't do it, the dialogues were just awful and the voice acting was filled with pauses that made it unbearable.

I never finished HL2 Episode 2. Got right to the end, had a couple of efforts at beating the striders and hunters then gave up. In fact that sucks. Gonna have to go for the gnome achievement to atone methinks. In stark contrast Batman AA was so good that on completion I immediately completed it again.

Also, I never finished Lost Eden. Moorkus Rex scared the hell out of me as a kid and I wouldnt go near him. Who's the boss now eh Moorkus?

I didn't finish Oblivion. Started several times over and played all kinds of classes and quests, but i couldn't be bothered with the main quest somehow.

On the "i simply couldn't beat it"-side there is Snake Rattle N' Roll on the NES, i managed to get to the last stage several times, but i couldn't kill the final boss.

In terms of walkthroughs, i only use them on the 2nd or higher playthrough to see where i missed something. One noteable exception was again on the NES, the game StarTropics featured a puzzle where you had to repeat a melody sung by a parrot on a giant piano. I did guess right, but it didn't work so i phoned the german Nintendo hotline. Remarkably, after i mentioned the game and puzzle, the person on the other end of the line immediately knew what to do, and after a quick walkthrough we found out it was a little glitch that hindered my progress. That's what i call service hotline!

The original Thief. I got to the Cathedral, got the MacGuffin and then ran out of holy water and kept getting lost. Every time I think I could go back and play it, I decide to play Thief 2 instead and just read the plot on Wikipedia. I don't get the impression that I'm missing out on anything.

Hexen 2 - bored, kept getting lost, can't save, game glitchy.
Heretic - lost again.
Fallout 3 - want to keep playing so I don't want to finish the main quest but I'm too cheap to buy the GOTY edition at the moment.

Got to the final boss, get my ass kicked repeteadly for hours until I just decided to give up.
Man I've been craving another crack at that game for about a year now but I can't find it anywhere.

Prototype, I liked it at first, but then it just became, to frustrating to handle. The mission I stopped playing at, was the one were you had to, destroy those machines. The ones that weaken you, and the base was littered with guards, tanks, coppers and security sensors. Fuck that.

I never "finished" any MMO that I've tried, meaning I never got to the level cap. I just keep getting bored with 'em.

Blue Dragon - shit games should be mercifully short; NOT 3 DISKS-worth of shit so that the only way you can clear the now blocked-toilet of your pride is to break it up with a stick and a 9 hour Halo-fest.
Oh yeah... know the feeling...

Worst part for me is I only got 30 achievement points out of that game in the end as well...

To my eternal shame

Banjo Kazooie
Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time

I reached the final boss on each and never pushed through to the end.

Assassin's Creed - Bored me to tears and there were more interesting things to do... like laundry.

Eternal Sonata - Frustration with the Fugue boss-fight was the last nail in the coffin.

Silent Hill 3 - Nothing wrong with the game... and I will finish it eventually. It's just the nightmares got so bad they were interfering with work ^^;

Morrowind - LOVE this game, but I got a PS3 and just haven't gone back to it (it's on my XBox). Been tempted to pick it up for my laptop.

Normally I finish everything... hell, I even finished Jericho - and what a steaming turd that was!

When the PS3 was fairly new there was this game called Folklore. It was okay, and there were two characters to play as. I picked the guy because he seemed cooler. I got about a level from the end of the game as the guy character and then it told me I needed to replay all of the levels I had already finished as the girl if I wanted to beat the game. I said no.

Oh, and I never finished Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, as the last few levels were complete bullshit.
