I still have yet to finish Morrowind! :O Just terrible luck. Restarted two or three times. Plus Vista killed two of my save games. Oh, and I lost it once more when I came back to good old reliable XP. Lol, hopefully I will finally finish it next time I bother to start a game...
Never finished it either. I got so far once that I only needed the two last items before the final boss. But that is like ten hours of gameplay right there.
And to think I have like... 300+ hours of gameplay from that game. Without even beating the final boss. Heck, without even seeing him. I really should beat it eventually...
This is me pretty much. I'd hesitate to even guess at the exact amount of hours I spent on this game, but it's easily in the hundreds and I never beat it. Sad really, but it really is a testament to the rest of the game's design.
And then, one fateful day, I watched a friend speed run it in 13 minutes. It was quite a blow to the ego.
Also, someone mentioned Dark Messiah of Might and Magic being awful. Is it really? A friend gave me the cd for it and I haven't installed it yet. Might never honestly...between a wife, full time job, and a 5 month old daughter just Dragon Age will probably take me a year to beat at least.
Super Mario Bros. 3, Never made it past level 3 of World 8. Never finished Wet, thank god, it was like pulling teeth. Never finished Dead Space, just got bored of Isaac Clarke's muteness. Haven't finished Assassin's Creed, the repetitiveness of it kinda forces you to take it in small doses. Never finished Oblivion, so called friend stole the game and sold it. Never finished Fallout 3 because the priest in Megaton made me kill myself so many times just to shut him the hell up. and I have not beaten Super Star Wars.
Personally, 'FFIV' and 'Mario and Luigi - Partners in Time' for DS, because in both cases I got to the very last fight and could not be arsed to grind another load of levels to be able to do it and complete the storyline which had already been entirely revealed to me.

i didnt beat Dawn of War 2 because it was the worst game ever.
The list for me is way too long so i'll throw out a few: P3 FES: The answer the last boss is kicking my ass.
Got to Magutsu Inaba( where Adachi is) and just haven't finished it, I'll probably get to it eventually
Wild Arms 4 cause I just don't really care for it.
Metroid Prime 2: The final boss sequence is really nasty and I've lost the save files for it twice. Playing it again and hopefully beating it this time.
Fire Emblem Path Of Radiance: Part 2's endgame is just nasty. I am starting it over again after a almost 1-1/2 year hiatus and the first parts is just as brutal as I remember it.
Really this list could go on for a while because I jump around and never stay on one game for too long unless the storyline draws me in or I get a bad urge to beat it.
Several, I own several Final Fantasies, haven't finished any of them....Enter the Matrix...Deus Ex, Daikatana, Hitman...I'm in the middle of a few right new, but I guess that doesn't count.
Two games I can think of, which I didn't finish for the same reason.
Mafia
Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath
Problem was that the Xbox I was playing them on wasn't mine and I had to give it back to my friend before I got a chance to finish. And they don't work on the 360.
I never finished Baldur's Gate 2. I restarted around 12 times, but never got further than the first couple of quests. Why? It's too damn hard and frustrating seeing my party die every time I take a couple of steps into the unknown part of the map.

I didn't finish Oblivion. Started several times over and played all kinds of classes and quests, but i couldn't be bothered with the main quest somehow.
Same here. I got bored around the part where you have to gather all the armies to help you, I mean come on, for every town you had to do the same damn thing just to convince them to help you...
Tropico 1
Goldeneye (couldn't complete it on 00 Agent)
Doom II
Command and Conquer Original
Red Alert Original
Empire total war (I got fed up with it)
Spore (never got to the centre of the galaxy)
F1 Gp (all off those races pissed me off to no end)
Lomax (I got close)
FF7 (got pissed off with it just before the last boss and canned it)
The jungle Book (hard)
The Lion King (harder)

Bother to start a game? it's such a damn good game though you should want to start a new game or kill yourself

but you should fight dagoth ur he actually has a reasonable voice actor (which really fucking surprised me) i walked stealthed into his base thing slaughtered a few of his minions then heard this booming voice instead of the drab boring voices im used to hearing from townspeople

lol. Yeah, that game I lost in the great operating switch, I had done pretty much everything except killed the guy. Problem with RPGs is that you don't really care about the story. I was much more interested in stealing, and becoming the head of every guild. And slaughtering everyone not integral to the plot lol.
the thieves guild and fighters guild hate each other a firey burning passion that makes yahtzee look like he loves JRPGs and the final quest for the fighters guild is to kill the leader of the theive's guild and the final quest for the thieves is to kill the guild master for the fighters plus killing the thieves guild master\finishing the final thieves guild quest block you from getting a new thieves quest chain
yep my main character guy dude was a thief and i stole everything worth more then 100 gold (youd be surprised how much glass armor and weapons you can find) the only problem with it is merchants are fucking poor really poor the only one in the game that can afford a glass dagger (cheapest of the glass) is the mudcrab merchant and he only has 10k gold and only buys weapons so i just stashed all my valuables in ahnassi's house and grabbed a few things when i had to buy something expensive so i could get what i wanted and still clean the merch out of money
games i havent finished god of war II never got around to getting past one of those parts where you have enemies something other then enemies that kills you and a puzzle to complete
and oblivion but im still playing it and since i havent found enough things to steal to become rich enough to buy every horse and house in the game, and cover myself in the best/rarest armor i can
