I agree. The first three Ratchet and Clank Games along with the first and second Crash Bandicoot games
Mortal Kombat 2, that'd be very nice (for me at least).
Final Fantasy X, although it's still quite playable on the PS2.
Resident Evil 2, as it's still my favourite RE game (and the best).

It's been out for awhile, bud.
A few of mine:
-Battletoads (hell, just bring the damn franchise BACK)
-Shadowgate, Deja Vu and The Uninvted (imagine them as iPhone/iPad/Android games)
-Noctropolis (or hell, a sequel where you can visit both the comic and real worlds)
Digital Devil Saga is actually a fairly interesting choice. While the classic Nocturne art-style holds up really well (even on an HD TV), the extra graphical fidelity would be awesome. If they kept the existing gameplay and used the extra processing power to add detail to the post-apocalyptic Hindu-inspired world (plus some updated Demon designs), it would make an excellent game even better. Nothing adds immersion more efficiently than making a well crafted world even more vivid and disturbing.Delock said:

I'd say X-Com:UFO Defense, but that would need a new coat of paint, a new soundtrack, and more intuitive menus. If they actually did that, I guess everybody else would stop making games, because nobody else would buy any more.

I've answered these threads many times, but all the exact same ones I was begging for are either in development or came out already. I guess the only big regrets of games I missed out on would be the early DMA Design games for N64 like Body Harvest and Space Station Silicon Valley. Those I don't even really need to be fixed up. Nintendo?

Deus Ex was a HD game when it was released in 2000! That's right 720p (actually larger at 1280x1024), anti-aliasing and high frame-rate. All these console games like GTA Sand Andreas, there has been HD version for years now... on PC.
As a PC gamer this pisses me off. Console gamers say "Oh i don't care about HD graphics" when their platform-of-choice doesn't offer it... yet when it is a possibility they start pining for an expensive and pricey re-release when PC has ALWAYS BEEN THERE!
right now the entire GTA series GTA1-3, Vice City and San Andreas is only £5

What more do you want? What is wrong with this deal? is it because it isn't attached to a billion-dollar-brand like "Playstation" or "Xbox" that you won't consider it as a gaming platform?!?

Never played System Shock but I would in updated form, and Morrowind would just be cool again.

When I discovered that PC's have been in "HD" for like, ever, I was similarly confused. But HD doesn't mean the same thing in PC terms, merely that the picture is better than the standard, the standard being the original.Treblaine said:

This practice is generally a bit confusing to PC gamers.

Of course, it's different when you're updating textures and all, I suppose. But still, wouldn't most people rather a game be reinvented than remade? None of these games that are being HD-remade are completely devoid of obvious flaws, so maybe they could just entirely remove that stupid jumping puzzle, or make blocking easier.

I just want an HD collection of all the Kingdom Hearts, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, and the GTA Collection in HD. All with trophy support. Make it happen, Sony
