Metroid Prime Trilogy (if you count them as one, which I do, because I played them all in a row, on all difficulties).

Final Fantasy VII (literally stopped after I realized I had reached 100 hours, beat Sepiroth around the 70 hour mark though).

Donkey Kong Country (I can beat it in under an hour, but I've played it close to 100 times by now).

Played through KOTOR a few times, a few Zeldas (MM & ALttP for sure, maybe Oot), and I'm getting close with Hitman: Blood Money.

I've achieved that on many of the Pokemon games.
Tales of Symphonia has had more than 300 or 400, hard to say since the timer resets when you start a new game.
Tales of Vesperia has had about 200 I think.
Super Smash Bros. Melee and Brawl have had several hundreds of hours.
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle has probably had more than 100 too, and still I haven't managed to completed it 100%.

Easily leading is either Oblivion, Fallout with about 400hr
If Diablo 2 had a counter then i would be worried as i can imagine ive got over 1000 hrs on that bad boy. Jak and Daxter, Final fantasy 10, digimon world, yu gi oh worldwide edition. Mw2 i have 7 days so far and CoD4 about 21. WC3 again about 500 hrs. all in all ive spent a long time on games =D
