its a shame when a good game comes by only to never see a sequle. games like billy hacher and the giant egg. but now remakes are coming out like crazy. new puch out, new tmnt, new contra, mega man nine, a boy and his blob. with a special thanks to wayfoward, what games do you think needs to be remade

Megaman 9 wasn't a remake, it was a whole new Megaman game with NES graphics.
OT: NBA Jam. It is the greatest sports game ever devised in the history of everything.

shadow of the colossus. the game was perfect, but pushed the ps2 a bit too far. Imagine that on the PS3.
that would infact bring me to tears... as i only have a pc and 360...
i've already lamented the loss of ratchet and clank. please don't make me sob over a new shadow of the colossus. that would end me.

Yes, yes, yes. This would be the exclusive that would push me to include a PS3 to my properties.

Why? Team Ico is making The Last Guardian. It's better to get a fresh experience than a rehash.

I'm going to agree with this. PS3 graphics power and a customizable control set and SotC:Remake would be the ultimate game in my opinion.

And since this is a remake thread, I'd love for Capcom to give RE2 the same remake treatment they gave the first game on the Gamecube.

I'm drooling by the thought of it. Epic game with epic graphics.

I am sorry, I was under the impression a reboot is when you take something that has had multiple sequels and then reworks which have slowly but surely degraded the goodness of the original product and then make it new and fresh; batman, star trek, etc.

If that's the case then I would say Sonic.

The game has gone through many variants over the years and it has slowly but surely declined in to rubbish. They need to take Sonic use the power of the new consoles and go back to it's roots. Imagine a 2D Sonic game like on the Mega drive with being shifted along at lightning speed using the power of the new consoles?
