Zone of the Enders 3 needs to happen. Kojima please cease work on Metal Gear Solid and work on the sequel to your best game.
It's already been made but I hope Ar Tonelico 3 makes it stateside.

Megaman X needs a ninth sequel to finish the series right; this also applies to Megaman Legends for a third installment.
I'd also love to see either a new Brave Fencer Musashi or Mystical Ninja (Goemon).
As for RPGs, I'd love to see a crossover between Persona 3 and 4. No cameos, I mean a real crossover where both teams meet up.

I wish Diablo III would come out already... but there I go, wishing on a star. And Shadow of the Colossus and Ico need that HD remake for PS3 that's been rumored. I swear, never before have I wished for rumors to be true as much as this.
Battlefront II needs a sequel badly, it was such a great game. Give me a Star Wars: Battlefront III now Lucasarts!
