All a part of the conspiracy. I even have a game called Deus Ex Invisible War in my Steam library, but having played all 3 games I can say there's only been made 2 Deus Ex games.Joos said:Well, here are a whole bunch of people selling what is obviously an imaginary game.Yopaz said:snip
Deus Ex: Invisible War was never made. It's all just false rumours.

Nah, sequel is still coming. Allegedly far into development, too. BUT...it's targetting the next gen, as in Wii U, PS4 and xbox[insert digits]Pinkamena said:-snip-
That was such a great game. Hell, when I played it, I didn't even know that it was apparently buggy. I'm not sure if the Xbox version was less buggy than the PC version or not, but I only ever experienced one bug bad enough to notice, and even that was fixed by restarting the system and loading the game again. I loved the story and gameplay though (even if the story was a cookie-cutter tale riding on the wake left by Halo, and the gameplay literally could be broken by the last super-power you get that lets you slow down time and crush all of the enemies with your fists if you've leveled up melee combat.)aidutcher said:Advent Rising. I feel like that game had a lot of potential. I found the gameplay to be a lot of fun, but it was so buggy and unpolished that it tanked and nearly bankrupted the developing company. It was supposed to be the first in a trilogy, but now we'll probably never see the rest of it. If I could, I'd give it an HD makeover, fix all the bugs, and maybe tweak some of the story a bit to see if it would sell better.
The only bug I really remember was that the radial attack of the aeon pulse could leave you stuck in the air unable to move or attack but still able to take damage. Aside from that, it was a blast to play. One of my favorite things to do was slow down time and wait for snipers to shoot at me so I could use surge to shoot the blasts back at them. Then there was always slow motion side-flipping while shooting guys with a gun in one hand and pick guys up with telekenesis and throwing them with the other hand. Good times.shrekfan246 said:That was such a great game. Hell, when I played it, I didn't even know that it was apparently buggy. That's a shame. I hope they'll release it for PC as well.Mestraal said:Nah, sequel is still coming. Allegedly far into development, too. BUT...it's targetting the next gen, as in Wii U, PS4 and xbox[insert digits]Pinkamena said:-snip-

Sadly, it shall never see the light of day.
psychonauts is my favorite, and it had a definite cliffhanger. lily's dad has been kidnapped by a big-baddy with psychic powers. we already have a basis of a plot here, just needs defining details. we could all e-mail double-fine if we find an address.Jak LesStrange said:Seriously though, anything made by Tim Schafer. Psychonauts, Costume Quest, Stacking, Iron Brigade, BRUTAL LEGEND, Grim Fandango, Full Throttle and Day of the Tentacle all need sequels right now.
