Dead Space 2 and Portal 2 are the ones I'm definitely getting, most likely within the first week after release. Crysis 2, Mass Effect 2 for the PS3, The Last Guardian, and Bulletstorm are all very distinct possibilities, though I'll probably put those all on hold until the prices drop.

Elder Scrolls 5 for definite. If I can get just one game this year, the next TES outing will be top of the list.
I'd quite like L.A. Noire, and if possible Mass Effect 3. Oh, and possibly Portal 2.

If I don't spend around $700 in video games or more, I would be surprised. I have already pre-ordered Dragon Age 2 so I have already started. Thinking about getting Two Worlds 2 that is coming out this month as well.
