What have you been called weird for?

My friends call me weird for not caring about looking after any "real" books i own but going batshit insane whenever anyone so much as bends a corner of a page of any manga I own or intend to buy.

I've gotten some strange looks for doing this as well. I've been called weird for a whole range of reasons, I just can't remember...oh wait, my mom once called me weird because I don't gossip. I tell her guys don't gossip but she still calls me weird.

I got called weird for wearing a real sword with a costume one holloween. It was dulled. I don't see what the big deal was.

I also got called weird for practicing Aikido instead of MMA.

I get called weird because I'm a teenage guy that can not only cook well, but enjoys cooking. (and, admittedly, eating. XD)

In short, I've been called weird for a multitude of things.

A group of chavs walking past the other side choose to heckle me for the social crime of 'hey, look! over there, he's READING...reading a BOOK..REAAADING!!!! HAHAHaaahaaa!'

Yes, I got publicly heckled for reading some words. Of course the concept of reading some words by choice probably is very strange for the subhuman species that is 'chav'.

Oh and if any chavs are reading this and are offended, you're not a chav, because you can read this.

Saying how much I enjoyed Casablance made a bunch of guys think I was weird. Then again, their favorite movies include Bad Boyz and Saw so it really isn't that bad of an insult. They basically told me I'm cultured.

I've been called weird for many reasons. One of the most frequent ones is that when my parents ask me if I don't want to go to school I'll tell them I want to. Since I was little I'm always hated missing school; when I was little it was just for some odd reason that I liked to go but nowadays it's because if I miss a day I get behind in almost a week of school since I'm in AP classes and have Block Schedule days now.

I was called weird when I was a weirdo once. It hurt my feelings.

I'll be serious, I used to be really weird. Not crazy, but I talk with a kind of wavering shift between common vernacular, ironic use of lolspeak, and excessively formal words and phrases as I talk to people. Somebody told me that it was strange or weird once. No surprises there.
